This song is a real blessing. It is a great reminder that Jesus is with us through the storms of life. He will never leave us or forsake us. The last 10 years have been a 'storm' for me with getting Lyme Disease and not being able to get well despite seeing so many doctors. I finally got diagnosed by a great Lyme doctor in Missouri and I even moved from NJ to Missouri to be near this doctor. I volunteered at a large Baptist camp out there in Missouri. I worked and lived there for over a year.....and then found out that they were really trafficking drugs through the camp. They decided to 'take me' out because I reported drugs coming through the camp to the camp president.....and he was 'in on it' (police too)! But the LORD delivered me from the 2 hit men that had been called in to 'take me out'..... for the LORD allowed me to overhear the evil plot in the camp dining room; I was in just the right place at just the right time to hear these two men rehearse their plans for me. I fled the camp that day leaving many of my belongings behind. The LORD delivered me from this camp like he delivered 'Daniel from the lion's den'. The LORD made a way where there seemed to be no way. I had been praying a lot those last 2 days there in Missouri and the LORD heard my prayer and He delivered me. It was the greatest miracle I had ever seen.....that I was able to see and hear these two wicked men in the camp dining room! I had just gone in their moments before them to cool off and sat way over in the dark corner of the dining room. So the LORD already saw the danger and He made a way out for me.
I'm sure thankful and proud that my master the LORD JESUS CHRIST can calm any storm in our life. He's already been there. The storms are what makes the rainbow so beautiful and peaceful. I am thankful for the peace that we have through him. PRAISE GOD and HALLELUJAH!!!!
The most wonderful thing about the song AND the story of Jesus, his disciples and the storm???? GOD WAS IN THE BOAT... He spoke peace --FROM THE BOAT! He didn't climb out and then address the storm. Just so, IMH, He is WITH ME IN MY STORM and sees me making it safely through it. He never abandons His kids IN ta storm--to go it alone. What a wonderful Savior!.
This has to be one of the best songs that I have heard in quiet awhile----The message gives great comfort that we know Our GOD is ALWAYS in control regardless of what our storm might be. I love the tight harmony it adds that special something to the song I have listened to this several times a day for the past few day as I have some of the other songs THANK YOU and Keep singing :)
God used this song soooo much to help me through my daughter's death. Thankyou for singing songs for His glory. So many of The Collingsworth songs have really ministered to me.
I saw a double rainbow once. God displayed that His promise to me was kept, after we chose to let go and walk the very narrow way.The song is so beautiful, so comforting😘
This song was recommended to be watched because of a 12 year old girl that lost her life in floodwaters saving her little sister in Flagstaff AZ. We are close friends of that family. Thank you so much for the words to this song.
God sees the end before we see the beginning. Amen and thanks for the posting. All of this families' songs are so uplifting and bring praise to our God.
The Collings Worth family is a beautiful example and it is largely blessed. We would like that the Guy family - Angie Penrod makes the same thing with all his children. Thank You very much.
God sees the rainbow from the other side He knows the lesson learned And just beyond the clouds He sees clear clear skies He speaks peace to the raging storm When peace could not be found He already sees the rainbow When we see only clouds And I know once more How he sees the storm And peace floods over me And when the storms of life come crashing in and trouble me I can feel God arms around me and he whispers Let it be Let it be.
When the storm raged about them The disciples were afraid For the waves were high and the ship was tossed They could not find their way Then they awoke the Master Saying Lord please save us now He rebuked the winds and the sea grew calm And they all wondered how God sees the storm from the other side He knows the lessons learned And just beyond the clouds He sees clear skies He speaks peace to the raging storm When peace cannot be found He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds Like the man on the sea did I have called on God in prayer When it seemed to me all hope was gone And in my deep despair I remembered what the Lord said When He calmed that troubled sea And I know once more how He sees the storm And peace floods over me God sees the storm from the other side He knows the lessons learned And just beyond the clouds He sees clear skies He speaks peace to the raging storm When peace cannot be found He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds And when the storms of life come crashing in and trouble me I can feel God's arms around me and He whispers Let it be, Let it be God sees the storm from the other side He knows the lessons learned And just beyond the clouds He sees clear skies He speaks peace to the raging storm When peace cannot be found He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds

@aldrin051088 ha ha I'm glad to be of service. And it is nice to dream eh. Even in my 50's I can still dream. And hey - the bible says "make a joyful noice unto the Lord" , doesn't say anything about a tuneful one haha. And I sure do love to sing.
@aldrin051088 your story is perfectly able to be understood. But my goodness it sounds painful ha ha . I'd much rather just go to bed at night and wake up with a stunning voice the next morning. That sounds easier to me and so much less painful.
@aldrin051088 Ha ha That's great aldrin.Same to you. By the way perhaps I should separate out my name for you. thiskiwigal = this Kiwi gal = this kiwi girl. I suppose in my 50's I'm not a girl anymore but kiwi is the nickname for someone from New Zealand and gal is slang for girl. So I'm a New Zealand girl - age is only a state of mind eh? Nice talking to you.God Bless - glad I could give you a laugh after all it's the best medicine.
So beautiful, wonderful!
Hallelujah! Praise to you Jesus! Thank you Collingsworth family for this song. This has ministered to my heart so much!

God sees the rainbow from the other side

How can you dislike this. Amazing vidio!!!!
When the storm raged about them
The disciples were afraid
For the waves were high and the ship was tossed
They could not find their way
Then they awoke the Master
Saying Lord please save us now
He rebuked the winds and the sea grew calm
And they all wondered how
God sees the storm from the other side
He knows the lessons learned
And just beyond the clouds
He sees clear skies
He speaks peace to the raging storm
When peace cannot be found
He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds
Like the man on the sea did
I have called on God in prayer
When it seemed to me all hope was gone
And in my deep despair
I remembered what the Lord said
When He calmed that troubled sea
And I know once more how
He sees the storm
And peace floods over me
God sees the storm from the other side
He knows the lessons learned
And just beyond the clouds
He sees clear skies
He speaks peace to the raging storm
When peace cannot be found
He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds
And when the storms of life come crashing in and trouble me
I can feel God's arms around me and He whispers
Let it be, Let it be
God sees the storm from the other side
He knows the lessons learned
And just beyond the clouds
He sees clear skies
He speaks peace to the raging storm
When peace cannot be found
He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds
Love this so much!!

When the storm raged above them

God sees the storm from the other side

Who writes & arranges the Collingsworth's music ?
Kim does the arranging of most of their work, and I think most of their songs are written my past and present poets and songwriters.
