Hi Good job mate. Could you please elaborate on the welding setup? You mention spot weld, do you have a spot welder or is it a small tac weld? What is the rest of the welding setup on these thin bulkhead panels? Thanks
Hello , I use a 150 amp mig welder , they are not technically spot welds as I call them in the video ? , I basically drill through the first panel and then weld the two together by filling the hole with weld which bonds the two together at spots rather than a seam weld ? , I am unsure of how they where originally constructed ? but I think all the parts where properly spot welded together ? hope this helps ? thank you Joe
