Yes, although others may have a more is more esthetic many of them admittedly spend a month and have help. I enjoy watching all types of decor videos. From the over the top to the minimalist. At the end of the day, I still put out the things I love and my kids helping decorate the most imperfect tree, loaded with tacky ornaments from my husband’s childhood is still my favorite part of decorating. And I save so much money and most importantly time to spend making memories that will far outlast any decor or trends.

Love your videos but so glad you’re taking a break and taking care of yourself! (Not a dr but have been dealing with medical stuff recently too, saw so many drs and no one checked my electrolytes) i’m curious if drinking liquid IV would help your energy at all, that and salt tablets helped me feel a million times better, praying for you, I know its frustrating and just feels awful to feel run down/ exhausted and then if you see a doctor to be told nothing is wrong. God’s got your back. Also love your little cabin mug! I’m drinking as much hot coco in thrifted mugs as I want this winter and not feeling guilty about it at all! I’ve learned that its ok to ask for help sometimes, my family is far but I talked to my mama and she said hey its OK if you need to hire a house cleaner every once in a while or just tell your friends you’re overwhelmed and need a little help with chores, and frozen meals are OK too. Thanks for being a real christian, your videos have pushed me to pray and reconnect with my believes, its easy to get discouraged when so many people online have this perfect house, marriage, faith-I like that you really show your girls that hey no one is perfect, and don’t do the christian faith on “what will happen if you don’t” but “what will happen if you do!” and preach love based and its not a guide to die by but to live by, just is nice to see a real person honestly

I am still trying to put things out, It is just my husband and I now, kids are grown, but I enjoy the lights and decorations. The little sled you thrifted is adorable. I live in Ohio in a community that has trash pickup in my area on Fridays, I walk my dog daily and you would be SHOCKED at what folks put out for trash, and I found a little sled exactly like yours in a box for the trash. I have even brought home furniture and refinished it, instead of trash finds, I call the :curbside finds"

I love Andrea too; she is so kind and her house is lovely. But I love you too. I would love to have a house like yours, don't under rate it and especially don't under rate yourself! I already planned to simplify decorating this year, then I dislocated my shoulder and couldn't get my decorations out or set up the tree. My precious kids came over and did it for me. Family and loved ones are such a blessing and so much more important than a magazine cover house. I love that you decorate with your kids, I always did too. I really enjoy your videos, your home and how you interact with your girls. It’s sweet. Being a mom to three young girls, a dog and taking care of your home while having a RUclips business is a lot to manage. Please, please, please take care of your health first and foremost. As much as we love seeing your videos pop up, we understand if you just don’t have the energy. Garlands really have become more realistic looking in the last few years. I use the old, fake looking stuff outdoors because it doesn’t get damaged by the weather and it’s nice from afar. Back in the 70s, I made that same embroidered picture that you have in your bathroom. Seeing it in your last video brought back the memory of blending the yarn on that cute little creature. I’m sure we sold it at a garage sale. Maybe it made it’s way to you. 😄. Your decor is so pretty and "intentional". You don't just buy things to put out a video or sponsored by showing freebies received all the time and your home isn't YT cookie cutter decorated. That's what makes you stand out. You encourage others to buy secondhand and not to sweat the small stuff (like putting cloves in your oranges on the table). I love that! With you we feel relaxed and not stressed to be perfect. This is your strength girl! Don't discard your garland on your bed when you get a replacement, you can use it outdoors, on top of cabinets or cut apart to use pieces in bowls or pitchers. I love the way you put the garland with lights all along the kitchen counter. Leaving them on all the time sounds wonderful. I can only imagine when you walk into the kitchen in the morning how sweet it must seem. I was just thinking how even thought your girls are very young, you're teaching them by doing. I love the way you've decorated. The last little tree looks to have 'that' primitive look.

Love your videos but so glad you’re taking a break and taking care of yourself! (Not a dr but have been dealing with medical stuff recently too, saw so many drs and no one checked my electrolytes) i’m curious if drinking liquid IV would help your energy at all, that and salt tablets helped me feel a million times better, praying for you, I know its frustrating and just feels awful to feel run down/ exhausted and then if you see a doctor to be told nothing is wrong. God’s got your back.
Also love your little cabin mug! I’m drinking as much hot coco in thrifted mugs as I want this winter and not feeling guilty about it at all! I’ve learned that its ok to ask for help
sometimes, my family is far but I talked to my mama and she said hey its OK if you need to hire a house cleaner every once in a while or just tell your friends you’re overwhelmed and need a little help with chores, and frozen meals are OK too.
Thanks for being a real christian, your videos have pushed me to pray and reconnect with my believes, its easy to get discouraged when so many people online have this perfect house, marriage, faith-I like that you really show your girls that hey no one is perfect, and don’t do the christian faith on “what will happen if you don’t” but “what will happen if you do!” and preach love based and its not a guide to die by but to live by, just is nice to see a real person honestly

Your home is lovely and so "quaint", and I don't mean it in a bad way! It is perfect! I am still trying to put things out, It is just my husband and I now, kids are grown, but I enjoy the lights and decorations. The little sled you thrifted is adorable. I live in Ohio in a community that has trash pickup in my area on Fridays, I walk my dog daily and you would be SHOCKED at what folks put out for trash, and I found a little sled exactly like yours in a box for the trash. I have even brought home furniture and refinished it, instead of trash finds, I call the :curbside finds"

Everything is so cute and cozy. The incense burner is amazing and reminded me of my very early childhood. My dad had an incense burner that was a little cabin with the smoke coming out the chimney. Thanks for jogging my memory. That thing used to intrigue me. As usual the girls are adorable.

I love Andrea too; she is so kind and her house is lovely. But I love you too. I would love to have a house like yours, don't under rate it and especially don't under rate yourself! I already planned to simplify decorating this year, then I dislocated my shoulder and couldn't get my decorations out or set up the tree. My precious kids came over and did it for me. Family and loved ones are such a blessing and so much more important than a magazine cover house. I love that you decorate with your kids, I always did too. I really enjoy your videos, your home and how you interact with your girls. It’s sweet. Being a mom to three young girls, a dog and taking care of your home while having a RUclips business is a lot to manage. Please, please, please take care of your health first and foremost. As much as we love seeing your videos pop up, we understand if you just don’t have the energy. Garlands really have become more realistic looking in the last few years. I use the old, fake looking stuff outdoors because it doesn’t get damaged by the weather and it’s nice from afar. Back in the 70s, I made that same embroidered picture that you have in your bathroom. Seeing it in your last video brought back the memory of blending the yarn on that cute little creature. I’m sure we sold it at a garage sale. Maybe it made it’s way to you. 😄.
