I look forward to be trying Jedi Ball and Tally Ball. They are easy to do. What I like about Jedi is that the Jedi is very active defending while the others have to make fast passes to catch the Jedi off guard. They also practise precision. Tally Ball can teach the kids to pass fast and be on their feet so they can catch a pass. Also the defenders are active because they want to steal the ball. Thank you for some great exercises I can't wait to try them. I consider also trying Jedi Ball with a twist adding an extra Jedi and extra object. It may be a bad idea but it never hurts to try it out.
