the reason the results mostly vary is because the crashes vary on marios position on the platform and what inputs i push

There are some crashes that I found like these just by attempting to obtain "INVISIBILITY FLOWER" with a feather, fire mario and yoshi.

I'm suprised you didn't get the "an error has occured within the game" error that happens when a game crashes most of the time.

that does happen occasionally but yall dont see that cuz i dont have a capture card and the switch doesnt clip stuff in the menu so yall wouldnt be able to see that. but good point :)

ima try to explain it as best as i can but i can be wrong so take this as you will. basically what happens is that yoshi has a null sprite in his mouth, how? well because i duplicated a yoshi block, and then ate a koopa, killed yoshi, and that spawns in the other yoshi with the null sprite. Those Brown Platforms Are Strange because they draw an image over mario to make it appear like he is moving i think. basically its a copy of mario, so if you spit the nullsprite out on brown platforms, it can cause a lot of things, random memory /ram can pop out, sometimes it just resets, and it basically messes around with memory, ram and sprites so thats why the crashes come out like that i think. hope this makes sense and hope it helps
