Thanks Muhammad, yes I realise the audio quality isn't great because of the echo in the room, I considered not posting it at all but eventually decided that it's better than nothing

How many squats ideally? And is it as beneficial to squat and stay squatted it better to go in and out of position? Great video - thanks Chase 👍

Do a combination of both! Maybe spend 5-10 mins a day in the squat, as part of a mobility routine - do the hip prying mobility drills i demonstrated daily, the more the better! I didn't really intend this video to be a program to fix your squat, just wanted to highlight the main things to pay attention to. In this free program theres a couple of workout examples you can get started on: bit.ly/BCsample7

When is the Mont Blanc Video coming? 😃 So curios in which condition was the italian glacier, because I read nightmare stories of hours navigating between giant creverses or choosing the rock ridge way which includes serious rockclimbing....

Oh man, I've been working on it for like a month because it is a really interesting story, but I keep changing my mind about whether or not I want to tell it. ,🤣 It gets a bit personal. But I hope to have it out next week!

@@bennevis6843 hahaha yeah there probably a few people that think I'm stuck in a crevass on mont blanc. Nah just lots going on, moving house, trying to find a place with an extra room to make a RUclips studio/ office for me so it's taking all my time!!

Hi Chase, beginner here. I'm using my yoga mat to raise my heels and can get into the squat position that way, but can feel I'm rounding my back and leaning forward. My butt's not as close to the ground as it should be. If I lean back I feel like I'll topple over. Is it worth holding on to something stable to allow me to lean back and straighten my back, or better to just practice daily and eventually I'll get there?

I’ve got the ankle and thoracic mobility. I don’t have the hip mobility. What suggestions do you have for that?
