Appreciate you are listening to timeless greatness. Paul Simon's writing and Art Garfunkel's perfect voice have no equal. Bridge over troubled water is but one of their masterpieces
That one's in a row with outstanding songs of the sixties. 'Nights In White Satin' (Moody Blues), 'A Whiter Shade Of Pale' (Procul Harum), 'Unchained Melody' (Righteous Brothers), 'The Sun Aint Gonna Shine Anymore' (Walker Brothers), 'To Love Somebody' (Bee Gees) or 'Eloise' (Barry Ryan).
Wow I really enjoyed your reaction to this song. This song has so much meaning and so much potential to help someone and to uplift their spirit. Thanks for the wonderful reaction. Thank you so much. 😁👍
This was there last great song. The song that made them was "The Sounds of Silence" (the original) in 1965. Other great songs by them were "The Boxer", "Homeward Bound", "I am A Rock" and many more. They did a love song that is one of the best, "Kathy's Song", because of it's heart felt sincerity.
You asked who wrote this, it was written by Paul Simon, sung primarily by Art Garfunkel, with Paul doing the harmonies. The live version, if it is the one I'm familiar with, is good but not as good as this studio version, live is missing the harmonies.
One of the more beautiful voices in music.
One of my favorite songs of all time -51 years later still touching the hearts of all people. Love your reactions too

The live in central park is great too!
With a masterpiece like this, the original studio recording is always better.
This woman is an absolute goddess. That smile breaks me every time

Listen once more and just listen to the violins. It's a whole new dimension to the song. ❤ loved your reaction!
This version is the classic. Aretha Franklin also does an incredible version. I love the way your feel the music. Thanks for sharing.
tbh, and no disrespect to aretha franklin, gladys knights' rendition is excellent. i like it just a little better.

And this was recorded before auto-tune.
Beautiful song reacted to by a beautiful girl. Did anyone else ever been obsessed with your clavicle? Just wondering...lol
You must react to Elvis cover of Bridge Over Troubled Waters, 1970💯👍
❤️
You are a very beautiful woman with a great personality.😘
You Should listen to Elvis Presley’s version of this song.
You'll be fine sweetheart.
