Odd, I was expecting to read some comments. This looks a little smaller than what I often build using recycled foam drinking cups. Mine are likely around 50 percent larger. How I start off making a full body, rather than a profile, is to kit bash a $1 foam glider kit. Once I am satisfied I have a build-over plug of the proper size and shape, I use it to hold the foam drinking cup parts in place until the glue has cured. Then it is time to remove the build-over plug. The rest is pretty much the same, but the RC gear can hide inside like with most larger builds.
