We Americans find it puzzling that you refer to apartments as “houses”. We think of those as free standing residences. You have what we would call a “studio apartment” because your bed is in the same room as your living space: there isn’t a separate bedroom. I like your compact kitchen and desk area, so it is a good first apartment.
