I am not of decorating with licensed products I have some pieces here and there like snoopy and hello kitty. That said I loooove your grinch themed. Super well executed imho from the outside to the inside. Love the theme consistency throughout the whole house. It looks amazing. I used to watch the grinch when I was a kid. But in Spanish he was called Odeon. 🤷🏻♀️ brings lots is memories back. Thank you!

About the tree switch? Where did you get it? Is it wireless. If it is wireless there might be something blocking the signal and that is why there is a delay. Maybe there is a gift with some metal on it?
