Try out our new platform at stackedhomes.com/new-launches/?.com&RXn0c We’ve been impressed with views from many other developments - SkyVille, Pinnacle@Duxton, Wallich Residence and so on. But SkyParc@Dawson has to take the cake for best views we’ve seen so far! It’s also quite possibly the best of the 3 (SkyVille/SkyTerrace/SkyParc) for that reason - not to mention the impressive set of facilities here 👀 Which one of the 3 we’ve reviewed so far is your favourite, and why? Guess they saved the best for last (so far) huh? But I can imagine the prices dropping for SkyTerraces significantly for those units blocked by SkyParc.
Hi good folks from Stacked Homes. We'd love to invite you all to do a review of our 2 room unit ( highest floor) at block 95 Skyparc@Dawson. We'll provide coffee & tea...you bring the curry puffs! Let us noe ya...cheers & stay safe folks!
Thanks for featuring SkyParc. Very proud to say that, our unit has fantastic views of MBS, Singapore Eyes and Dempsey. We are so blessed that we stay here. We have shifted in almost 3 months now, quiet but convenient, really love it.
@@StackedHomes Thank you for your comments on my post. I have seen your previous' post, noticed you have been screening on big units, in case you want to screen a small unit, we are happy to invite you over, you surely be amazed on how a tiny 2 room unit could be transformed from scratch (definitely it is more difficult to do renovation on a 2 room unit than on a bigger unit). Contact me, if you wish.
SkyVille: + The grand entrance and rooftop! - Lack of privacy where there are 8 units on each floor with little breathing space between neighbours - 4-room layout places the bomb shelter in the middle of the unit, personally feel it is quite an awkward layout - Rooftop may attract the public a bit too much SkyTerrace + More privacy due to having only 4 units on each floor and ample space between neighbours + A unique exterior + More efficient 4-room layout in my opinion - Not the best maintained/useful facilities - Some units encountering blocked views from SkyParc SkyParc + The very functional & aesthetic amenities, really love the jungle playground & the badminton court + The amazing and unparalleled views! - Dumbbell layout isolates the 3rd-bedroom (personal preference!) with difficulty installing an air-conditioner +/- Can't comment on the layout per floor haha
My friend said SkyVille have those hk public housing feel (of course not to that extend because it has a nicer view but every 2 unit hidden at one corner, front of the 2 unit is either a small wall or the whole corridor passageway... air movements and some units with clothes hanging out might never get to see the sun. The best level is 47? minus the illegal smokers and people that dont wear mask. Residents also park their bicycles at one of the 'garden'.
@@akoj3262 Am also wondering why SkyVille doesn't have any express lifts despite it's height. Heard there was a particularly long wait for them also on New Year's Eve as more people visited the sky gardens to see fireworks
Thank you for featuring Skyparc. So blessed we have selected this site after given 5 sites to choose for SERS, oh yes we will be moving over from Tanglin Halt. 😊
Hi Pomme, congratulations, SkyParc is beautiful! I currently rent a place in Forfar Heights (Strathmore Queenstown) and hope to purchase a unit in SkyParc. Stacked Homes article mentions that some SERS buyers may have reached MOP and able to sell their SkyParc units. I'm wondering if you happen to know any SERS homeowners willing to sell or if there's any approach I could get connected to the SERS homeowners group? Appreciate your help in advance ☺

Watching your video is giving me goosebumps because we waited so long to move in!!! Especially when we had to wait 9 more months due to COVID, I’m so excited for the view tooooo. Thanks for this video!
Probably the best considering how central the location is too 👀. You know it's real when your greenery view includes mature heritage trees, not newly-grown ones 👀
Hey just a quick information bite! The ‘GCB’ enclave of Kay Siang road (between Ridley park and Dawson), are actually SLA properties that are earmarked for future high rise development. So the view… might not stay forever
Could you feature the loft unit or the multi gen housing in Sky Terrace? Really interesting facade. Just really curious how does a multi gen housing there look like.
My conclusions/thoughts: - Definitely prefer the older HDB's ground floor big spaces. I would be tired after long day's of work and I wouldn't want to spend more energy navigating the ground for the lift for the next few months. And, more spaces to play for everyone. :) - I still think the public transportation side could do a little more sprucing up maybe more bus services since a new train station is most likely out of the question in this area. - Nature side, be it man-made or natural, these high rises are sharing the lion's share. The poster child as they called it. - SkyTerraces' exterior & interior is still king. - SkyVille's rooftop amenities is still king. - SkyParc's views in general is the new king. - Definitely foresee new high rise HDBs springing up. Just hope it does not cover any owners' views anymore.
Thanks for sharing such detailed thoughts! SkyParc's ground level corridor is quite confusing, certain parts just leads to dead ends - kind of creepy if that happened at night too, but I suppose residents wouldn't have this issue. I do think the buses here are lacking in some regard, but thankfully the train station is not too far! Currently SkyResidence & SkyOasis have yet to reach their TOP, but really soon! We're looking forward to visiting those as well 🙌
Recall my father hated the dark paint colours that SkyTerrace was painted in. Maybe having some outdoor travellators between Margaret Dr (which SkyParc is adjacent to) further up & Queenstown MRT along C'Wealth Ave will help improve accessibility too
Tanglin halt very old estate ,, there’s charms & there’s also cons..more cons when is super old,,no view, no wind, leaking toilet, etc..been living few decade there..moving to skyparc , is unexpected since is sers..we don’t plan that..while others envy it..we just embrace this new place u toured..the dirtiness at common facilities area is nothing compared to old Tanglin halt where every nights u get to here Mickey Mouse chatting..along the dark drain.
a few things unique to skyparc and to certain extent, skyville too. its perhaps the only development in sg that faces this truly unblocked view + north-south facing + city fringe, which makes it even better than certain condos in orchard that are on the fringe of this landed area as they will face west sun. The wide space on the common corridor on every floor also makes the cross ventilation super strong. Overall it is truly living in an oasis close to central of sg
That's right. Both these developments can command a true unblocked landed view that's doesn't face the west sun AND pretty much central. While other developments can have nice views too, not many are new and have good facing like this which is what makes this really really rare.

Pls feature Northshore HDB at Punggol. The only HDB with sea and sand at door step.

Sigh so lucky ❤
Love the way you speak and present❤ definitely an asset to your company
Thank you so much 🤗
A very beautiful development. Modern and beautiful with so much facilities.
We're glad you liked it!
SkyVille:
+ The grand entrance and rooftop!
- Lack of privacy where there are 8 units on each floor with little breathing space between neighbours
- 4-room layout places the bomb shelter in the middle of the unit, personally feel it is quite an awkward layout
- Rooftop may attract the public a bit too much
SkyTerrace
+ More privacy due to having only 4 units on each floor and ample space between neighbours
+ A unique exterior
+ More efficient 4-room layout in my opinion
- Not the best maintained/useful facilities
- Some units encountering blocked views from SkyParc
SkyParc
+ The very functional & aesthetic amenities, really love the jungle playground & the badminton court
+ The amazing and unparalleled views!
- Dumbbell layout isolates the 3rd-bedroom (personal preference!) with difficulty installing an air-conditioner
+/- Can't comment on the layout per floor haha
Thanks for sharing all the pros and cons here! These are really excellent points 👌

Their lifts are SLOW.
2.5m/s when they are supposed to get 3.5m/s!
Wow! Indeed a very beautiful view for a hdb.. Thank you for the nice tour Reuben!👍😍
Our pleasure 😀

The complex is designed so well I love the nature
One of the best HDBs out there in our opinion!

Thank you so much!! Happy to hear it gave you goosebumps, and congratulations on landing a unit in such a beautiful development 🙌
Niece bought a 5 rm flat there. Yup one of the bestest view from a hdb perspective!🤩
Probably the best considering how central the location is too 👀. You know it's real when your greenery view includes mature heritage trees, not newly-grown ones 👀
The view is ... amazing! Very envious of those who can live at SkyParc! Thanks for showing us around! (:
Yes it is! We're also envious 🤣 Thank you for watching!
Sky Terrace's loft unit. Having a double volume or 2 storeys HDB is already rare in sg. Imagine having that in the central of Singapore.
True that! Thanks for sharing!

😢😢what a pity
Hi, May I know the which company did the interior designing of this apartment? Thanks
Love your reviews!! Hope you can review on Yishun DBSS Adora Green
Thanks for the feedback!
Wow it’s quite hard to find newly TOPed BTO with full height bedroom window
could you guys do more tours on loft units
Oooo great idea! We'll feedback this to the team!
Could you feature the loft unit or the multi gen housing in Sky Terrace? Really interesting facade. Just really curious how does a multi gen housing there look like.
Hey there! Thanks for your request. We did feature one in a Living In series: ruclips.net/video/3MaD2oDuy6o/видео.html 🙌
Have not been to here yet but I think this is much better than skyville because of the layout of the blks
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
the level 33 link bridge is gonna poise an issue with voyeurism case you stand by the ledge and look right into the master room toilet via the window
Thanks for pointing that out!
Hi, maybe I missed it. Just curious which floor is the featured unit on? Thank you! Love your videos!
Hey! It's on one of the highest floors 🙌
proud being a Dawsonite (Skyville resident here)! thank you for this lovely review. *thumbs up* and why isn't Ghib with you? lol
It is a really nice area to stay in 🙌 Sadly Ghib wasn't able to make it ☹️
Did you say bomb shelter? Isnt this located in Singapore?
Yes! It's a building requirement 👌
This place is awesome. I m a serious buyer, can anyone help me to get from SERS owners who can sell?

Why is it a bonus that the area doesn't have two room units?
Hey! The development does have 2-room units, which we said is a bonus. Or do you mean why is it a bonus?

Wow! That sounds really terrible. Thanks for sharing that! I'm glad that the new place would solve all of that issue 🙌
They killed sky terrace’s view right
They did... they really did.

Ahem.
SkyResidence at Dawson.
It's almost ready! Will be checking that out when it is 😀 Especially when that hawker centre opens up!
@@StackedHomes It IS ready.
Prefer old school open space
Thank you for sharing that!
Congrats to the future millionaires after MOP.
😂 congrats indeed!
Well, these HDB dwellers are staying in a luxurious location at the expense of taxpayers. Think about that.
Singaporeans are better off than Hongkongers when it comes to size and quality of public housing in terms of affordability and CPF financing.
😂😅
Do not like this busy walkway . Especially, evening time n weekends.
Hey there! Which walkway do you refer to? Do you refer to the ground level eco-corridor?
