In olden days for Christian wedding they make fish and meat few days ahead of time without gravy at home. They also make stew on the day to be served These dishes have exceptional delicious smell and taste. Those tastes have vanished from current wedding feasts, nothing comparable to old traditional dishes. I really miss those and no one knows those anymore because those generation have passed.
