There is no cut-off time limit for the Self Declaration form. It can be filled anytime before boarding. However, it is encouraged that you fill it well in advance.

Is it with in 48 hours or 72 hours within the departure time for RTPCT test? I am reaching Kuala Lumpur from Singapore on Oct 6 afternoon and planning to give PCR test for my son on Oct 6. Can you suggest any reputed RTPCR testing place near KLIA 2 or anything on the way to genting ? Pls suggest
