Healthy habits definitely pay off, even if you can't see any changes in your physique. There's a lot of research that shows that there's a higher proportion of healthy overweight people than 'normal sized' people. Completely agree with being healthy in your 20s. Bone density declines past 30, so building as much as you can in your late teens/ 20s and developing the surrounding muscles is gonna help you decades down the line.

Seriously the only way to end poverty is through proper banking system. Currently the wealth has too much leverage. Can a little guy make any impact?
