I woke up before my piano competition yesterday and I was a nervous WRECK. I then went on youtube just hoping Animenz would post something … And there it was. Bauklötze. As this would be my last year in the competition, this song reminded me that I should go down in a blaze of glory, honorable and unregretful. Thanks to you Animenz, on that dat, I managed to rank number 3 at state out of the hundreds of people competing. Thank you, A Piano Player

Watching Hange take on those Colossals, knowing full well she wasn't coming out of that fight alive, was an experience. All I could do during that entire scene was shout "Go get 'em, Hange!!"
How many layers of polyphony do you want in this arrangement? Animenz: Yes. A really great arrangement! The intricacies of each layer persisting throughout sections is just astounding.

Assuming Akuma No Ko’s video description will be updated after more than a year… By the way, what a poetic arrangement, especially with those in-between the octave notes, symbolising Hange's remarks The technique in 0:58 is crazy, which each dynamic layer is distinguished in between each finger. Impressive. And I saw what you did in 2:09, YOUSEEBIGGIRL, seems like previous chapters(seasons) in AOT is also included. Can't forget the gentle part in 5:05, Shinzou wo SASAGEYO!!! I like how you take a tender approach to restore peace in the end of the AOT story that lasted over a decade. The only thing I think it can improve is the arpeggios in 4:18, if it's more scalic runs it would sound more connected and emotional, but that's just my opinion after all. Anyway, wonderful piece of music delivered after 4 months, and I'm glad to see that you're still uploading videos! Thanks Animenz!

At 4:58 the piano melody quietly fades away, and the last gentle notes come from the theme song "Shinzou wo Sasageyo." The music arrangement in this final part takes the entire piano adaptation to a whole new level. In that moment, I felt as if I could see Hange lying in a giant footprint, slowly waking up. She saw the arrival of Commander Erwin and other fallen comrades, welcoming her there. Hange has fulfilled her mission... 💦

A plethora of beautiful third hand melodies masterfully woven throughout, as always, but I'd really like to highlight the way that the classic E-F#-C#-D-C#-A motif cutting in at 2:10 brings back the emotion and nostalgia that this AoT journey of the last decade has given us. And of course, no better way than ending on a soft Shinzo wo Sasageyo as a tribute to the hearts that have been dedicated to make this art come to life.

Hange is very special to me, they definitely holds a special place. They were a perfect character in every sense. A good friend, a great comrade, an open-minded and hopeful commander. Especially in the last season, we see they more depressed and sad. However, it is very special that they never acts with hatred or spite and proceeds in the most correct and logical way.

I love the soft version of Attaek on Titan theme in this song. You've covered it 3 times now I think, once as a standalone piece, once in YouSeeBIGGIRL and now in this. It goes from heroic, to sad to a mixture of bravery and tragedy which perfectly describes Hange. We're all going to miss 4 eyes 😢

表現に一切漏れがなくて言葉を発する隙も無かったです。私はまだピアノ始めたての初心者なので、基本の弾き方しか知りません。ですが、伴奏は必ずしも低音ではなく、高い音で伴奏を弾く魅せ方もあるのだと、感動しました。
