Is kangaroo cpu based and is it single core like grasshopper?

I'm not sure about specific goals being multi-threaded but I believe most are not. Post on discourse.mcneel.com/tags/c/grasshopper/2/kangaroo to ask if multi-threading is possible for a certain goal.
