Wow hanni's vocal is stable throughout the performance. She is definitely main vocalist material!! Hyein surprised me, she sounds stable despite her very young age. Other members did well too. They are amazing for a rookie group. Good job NewJeans 👏🏻👏🏻 I'm looking forward to your comeback 👍🏻
I highly praised them because despite their young age and had just debut a few weeks ago they sang live with confidence and being professional whether if it's stable or not while other some popular rookie groups act being professional while lipsync.. so,they really did a great job i hope newjeans win rookie of the year

As a very shy singer myself, I truly believe Haerin had really bad nerves this performance. I could be wrong, but this is why I think so/would like to compliment her: She starts off the line strong and consistent (especially the chorus), but her voice randomly shakes and goes quiet (even trailing off), which is more indicative that she's scared/shy than out of breath. She also has to change her singing technique to a head voice live (in studio, she uses her chest voice for the beginning of the chorus instead) which might be uncomfortable for her if she's already fighting a bit of stage fright. She has a great head voice/technique and was doing a phenomenal job, but it seems nerves kept getting the better of her. But she still sounded absolutely spectacular and had/has nothing to be worried about. That was clearly hard for her emotionally and I hope she's proud of herself.
At the very least they were brave enough (and given the chance) to sing live, there is always room for improvement in the future. I’m so excited to see them being even better performers for their next releases considering they’r already doing this well. Good job NJ!!!

I'm happy I finally found an actually live version and not a pre recorded live. They did really well, the choreo it's intense and the vocals aren't easy to sing
so i was right the most stable ones are dani hanni and hyein, they're crazy! minji actually quite stable but she's more on the rapper side i think? we need more minji vocal! as for haerin i think she wasn't feeling good on this stage maybe got some flu or a little bit shy, she lost her power

I think theyre voices are very sweet! But i think its better for them to lipsync since the choreo is hard and they need to catch breath, Haerin sounds nervous and cute at the same time.

Their choreo doesn't need a lot of moving so I expected them to sing better. I like their songs and they are all pretty but they need more vocal training. They sometimes go off key.

I don’t understand why companies debut idols so young even though they show clear signs of needing improvement. I’m sure them debuting 2 years later with more mature and stable vocals would’ve been better. Most 2nd gen groups debuted at around the same age and have shown way better vocals. Besides that I’m rooting for the girls
There's a thing called demand and supply. If they lose the momentum, the group might not be as popular as rn. ADOR even wanted to debut NJ in 2020 (or 2021, i forgot), but they saw the girls arent ready so they debuted them in 2022. But i think that this quality of voice with that kind of choreo is not that bad tho for a rookie. Remember when gfriend first debut stage they sounds exactly like this, shaky and not stable. But after the years of their careers, they become well known as one of the most stable vocal with hard choreos gg in the industry.
