State of Decay 2 is an open-world survival-fantasy game set just after the zombie apocalypse. Your small community of survivors seeks to rebuild a corner of civilization, and you get to make all the decisions about how that happens.
You decide who to recruit to your team, where to settle your community, how to fortify and upgrade your base, and when it’s time to move to greener pastures. You select which survivor to bring along on a scavenging run for the food and ammo you need, and who you’ll use to fight off the zombies attacking your base. You choose how you’ll deal with other people who move into your town. Will you be friendly and welcoming... or will you aggressively defend your territory?
Every player’s experience in the sandbox is unique. Each character in your community has their own special set of skills and traits, so no two communities are ever the same. The challenges you face also vary from game to game, based on who you recruit and the decisions you make along the way.
With co-op multiplayer support, you can visit your friends' communities and help them through a tough spot, bringing back rewards for your own communities later. Alternate game modes include a full 10-hour narrative campaign and a four-player zombie-slaughtering "siege defense" mode.

Pro tip: all water in this game can be driven through. The rivers are great shortcuts, use them to travel quicker, especially on this map. Also, upgrade your infirmary so your people heal their injuries.
Yes, he built the Still. I know he records these in advance and every episode he mentions how he can't find a water outpost, but I knew he figure it out sooner or later. The Still is, imho, the most op facility for... influential... reasons...
well your right Green zone is Creative mode Standard is for casual gamers Dread (nobody should play dread just jump into nightmare) Nightmare is the best mode and Lethal is for players who hate there life
This is so true lol, I’m currently doing my play through on lethal as it’s the only mode I haven’t completed yet, and I’ve never hated my life so much when playing 🤣🤣

To help with managing resources, i like to keep a follower from a less desirable enclave to sell random bits to. I do give them clear understanding that i am using them and if they die i have 0 issues with it. Itll help pull attention away from you as well from time to time.

You can also build a garden for food. Small outdoor slot, it’s not just farm or hydroponics.
I'm not a fan of C-4. I prefer C-5, because I C 5 of Prebuilt's videos. They call to me, you know.
Food issues can easily be sorted out with a kitchen and rationing as long as you have a nutritionist to ease the debuffs from rationing, especially on lethal zone where there are fewer ruck sacks.
The other advantage to kitchens is the ability to make the energy drinks which on lethal are nearly essential for killing plague hearts and the feral's that go with it.
