you mean the additional information shown on the screen? It is sauce4zwift, a paid and Zwift approved plug in. I use it to make videos more interesting for viewers. Also it makes understanding what happened in a ride easier.
@@kaptanpedal specifically i mean the element where it shows the entire (what looks like) route you're riding with the accent. Just above your power/HR curves. What's that called in sauce? I use sauce myself but can't seem to find it.
it is the Zenmaster mod. Sauce4Zwift discord has this and a couple other mods for additional charts, views etc. If you don't have discord I think it is on Github as well.
I doubt it would have much impact, for a rider that has a 5.7ish W/KG ftp he wont need to worry about running out of gears and having to push a low cadence.

Mal beim Ultra dabei. Letztes Jahr mit einer Trainingssaison 1:54 gefahren. Dieses Jahr ist 1:45 das Ziel und hoffentlich irgendwann mal Vorne dabei. Kannst du deine W/kg von Saison zu Saison noch steigern oder bist du schon gut am Limit?
@@DiabloMiles 1:45 ist eine recht gute Zeit. Viel Glück dieses Jahr. Ich bin ein relativer Spätstarter in diesem Sport und mache immer noch Verbesserungen. Ich glaube, mein Limit liegt bei 380w ftp ( auf Basis von 5-6min Leistung oder vo2max). Aber wahrscheinlich werde ich zu alt, bevor ich es erreiche :))

But among other factors, every pro cyclist will tell you that up a hill, bodyweight is a major one☺️ I work with current pro cyclists who ride the current major tours, and they confirm it. Not diminishing his amazing effort here. Just stating known facts

well yes, with about 64kg of body weight, that's not impossible to accomplish. I do a 51min AdZ with 89kg....so go figure
