I got my first EUC to go about a mile one way to get to the office from where I parked, 2 weeks later got a better EUC and just started riding to work....then started riding the long way home.....then started riding all the time. Actually went so long without riding my bike that the battery went dead, must have been 3 months or more that didn't ride the bike on a day off, just the wheels.....it's an active hobby. There no better mind meld between man and machine. I think anyone that has a passion for motorcycles would fall in love with the EUC.
I fully understand the connection and love MC riders have with Euc's & its true everytime I ride my wheel at the beach, there's a certain area where all the MC riders gather, & Im always flagged down by them, for a little Q & A conversation, its always positive feedback & thumbs up from those guys & gals.
I got my first EUC two days ago, and what you say from 10:40 couldn't be more accurate: "You may get it for just going to work, the store, etc, but soon you'll realise this is beyond commuting". It is already way more fun that I expected it would be.
Torn between the 2, s18 of course being the other. V11 is also nice, but more expensive and heavier. (I'm already stretching the budget as it is, was aiming for 16s lol)
Hi Cobra! I've just done 28km on heavy off-road. On the way back had alarm with 40km/h 57% battery on asfalt flat road. V11 is climbing well but gives alarms many alarms... on heavy fast climbs 35km/h+ alarms... and when crossing 40km/h on heavy bumpy flat terrain with a lot suspension work... alarms again! This baby needs more power!! We ride hard but I hope I won't break it too fast 😅 Respect the beeps guys! With ks-s18 it would cut off at this scenario...
Everytime I hit those bumps I can hear chooch inside my head saying "you gotta watch them knees man". But it's like you said...you buy a wheel to save on gas but you end up contemplating about selling your car to buy a new EUC :)
having the hardest time deciding between the v11 and the s18. I love the look for the s18 but I think the v11 is better for daily commuting to work. I've never ridding one but I've definitely been reading and watching videos of so many so and these are the 2 it's come down to.
Luckily you didn't get injured going Football style with your MSP, but don't do reckless things ^^' I strongly agree on the advice about suspension vs non-suspension wheels, and about the fact that you don't need super duper heavy high battery wheels, what would be the purpose of fast charging then ? it's not only made for charging big loads of battery but also just to take a quick break, or charge whenever you want and need. I think a lot of people forget about this and just don't want to charge at all, thus buy heavy wheel, but that's a shame because nimbleness is everything on a wheel, ups the riding sensation and control (to me at least). The problem is how low should battery engeneering go ? the subject of the moment is wether the battery agencement of the s18 makes it dangerous at a certain point. It could, but i personaly choose to trust it, i'm no reckless rider, i tend to know where to stop pushing and asking from a device so i don't break the limit (still can happen though). But this really need some looking into from KS, because not everyone tend to listen to theirselves when riding. other than that s18 is the future, it's fresh and at some points you have to release the damn thing and you need people to ride and test it in order to get more feedbacks, you can't just keep a product and hope to make it perfect on your own, never happens. So i'd say s18 is for people who tend to like off road, street fun courses, it will commute no problem too. The v11 will indeed suit most people, it's comfortable, cuises great, has a revolutionary headlight, love it! But i won't be the best at fancy things, but you can still manage. it's also a lot more conservative style wheel. So in the end it's up to you wether you want to take part of wheelvolution or stay conventional (as long as the wheels fits the use you want to make of it, i hardly see someone hardly doing off road and commuting 80km a day go with the s18, but hey who knows, it's your money)
It looks great how you effortlessly cruise around on that V11, it’s obvious your already an expert on those EUC’s. Let me ask you this, …I don’t have any experience riding an EUC, I road the electric howerboard but not much, I mean… I managed to stand on it without wobbling and ride around couple of yards all without wobbling but sometimes I got to jump off of it to prevent falling, mow…how would it be to learn riding an EUC on a INMOTION V11,? Is this a bad idea? If so, please explain why. or vice versa.
Upgrading my ks16 (not x) with the v11. Still going to take a month or so to arrive but that's ok. Will make some costume pads. Shouldn't be that difficult. I had ordered the s18 first but the handle is a no go for me.
Friend, you're really cool. Such high jumps are simply not realistic on this wheel - that's what people said. But I see something completely different - you showed a super class 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😎

hey chooch thanks for the videos! only just saw the euc for the first time today and now im very interested in buying one. but after watching most of your videos ,the progression of the wheels seems to have happened so fast. whats your opinion should i buy now or relax for 8-12 months for say inmotion v12 , s19 or even a Veteran Sherman with suspension?
Time spent waiting is not spent riding. There a lots of great options today and there will always be something better to wait for. You won't regret going for it now and you will find that the community is always there to help!
Great vid Chooch. Now you have used both the v11 and v12, how would you compare them. What would you recommend for me going from a v8f and doing mostly mountain bike tracks and some town rides. The v11 sounds great with suspension for trails, but v12 sound more powerful for town rides and nimble on trails.
I think with the advent of suspension, a kind of shoe isn't so much a factor as it is with non-suspension wheels, I've been looking for the perfect footwear since I've been riding, 3.5 yrs now & I've tried a lot of them, but what I'm slowly finding out is it isn't so much the perfect shoe, that makes the difference in the ride, its the suspension in the wheel, that will give us riders, the luxury to ride longer, without foot & joint fatigue. Funny some of us buy Euc's to save money on gas for our cars. I believe buying a suspension wheel, like the V11, will not only save us $$ on gas, it will save us the time & money we spend on that perfect shoe. 😜👍 Suspension is definitely the answer to foot fatigue, but for the record, Ill have to say Skechers with full arch support is a good bet for riding non-suspension wheels.✌
Hey Chooch, thanks a lot for these nice videos man. I have one question. Between S18 and V11, which one seems more stable and better at dealing with “unexpected/difficult to see” bumps and potholes? I’m talking about city roads, pavement… Which one gives you more confidence for this kind of situations? I don’t really care about comfort. I just don’t want fall easily in case I hit a pothole that I dint see, at ~15-20 miles/hour.
I only got about a year out of mine. Some computer board failed and I'm not going to buy parts hoping to find what's wrong with it. Waaay, waaay to much money to spend on a device only lasted a year
Are you using the valve extenders on the top valves and if so, do you leave them on? Also, are you constantly squeezing the wheel pads you put on with your legs or just for jumping?

Let's say you could never go more than 30 mph on a wheel would you choose the V12 or the v11? Thank you for the input.
I realize I'm a month late to answering your comment, but better late than never right? I would definitely go with the v11 if you were being restricted to 30 MPH. The bigger wheel and the suspension will give you a much more comfortable ride than the v12 which has a smaller tire and no suspension.

@@416-Toronto Well the saner choice is waiting for Inmotion v12 and KS s20
You have too many bits of audio going at once lol
I have a question I hope some riders here can answer. just got my V11 and I'm experiencing tank slapping when I hit around 25-30 km and hour. if you ever had a motorbike you know what tank slapping is.
I've had a Ninebot 1 for 4 years and would consider my self an intermediate rider, but this beats me.
any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? my stand? too far back or forward? gripping too hard?
any experience would be highly appreciated
tried a few forums, but they seem to be filled with a lot of opinions from people that have never had a V11
