[LAZO] How to cook Jjajangramen (liquid sauce type) with cooking machine LAZO

  • I made Paldo Jjajangmyeon, known for its advertisement with a famous Korean chef, Yeon Bok Lee.
    Unlike other instant Jjajangmyeon products, it has a liquid type seasoning sauce, which makes it taste a way different. For me, this is awesome! Why should chef Lee choose! (Trust me, this is not developed by chef Lee.)
    How to cook Jjajangramen (liquid sauce type) with LAZO
    1. Put noodle and dried seasoning pack into the container and adjust it under the water outlet.
    2. Press the water control button one time and set it up at 210cc. (You don't need to throw water off.)
    3. Press the 1,2,3 buttons immediately.
    4. Add the liquid sauce as one minute left and stir the noodle occasionally not to stick to the container.
    5. Heat it more for your own taste by pressing ‘Preparation' + 'Time Adjustment’ buttons again after the basic cooking process finishes.
