Art 21 A that is fundamental rights that is right to education for all and confirm 6 to 14 years of age
Art 45 directive principles of state policy state decides that give education to child from 0 to 6 years of age.
Art 51A (k) fundamental duty of the every citizen defines the duty of the parents to provide education to his child from the age of 6 to 14 years ammendment only 21A and 51A(k) 86th CAA of 2002
