    Thanks for sharings your ways! How is life there regarding the social aspect? I have heard that in Okinawa society works differently, I'm interested in community and people just beign themselves. Did you find that over there?

      Thank you very much for your comment. I have not actually experienced living in mainland Japan but I think life here in Okinawa is so much different from other prefectures. Have you heard about the book Ikigai?

    If you have anxiety then you should reduce or stop taking coffee .. it is scientifically proven.. it's just increase the level of fight or flight response hormone.... why I'm telling you I'm also struggling with anxiety.. so it's a kindly advice from me..😇 don't offend it
