As a Korean, I have something to explain to people who say that the voices of male characters of Genshin are too deep in Korean dub. Their voices are somthing that Koreans usually think fit well with the handsome guy. And in my experience, their deep voices do not feel too old because I have seen many Korean teenagers or young adult men with deep voices like them.
I personally think that his Korean voice fits him incredibly well and fits perfectly well with his mysteriousness to some extent. And it adds up to his comfort persona. Which...mysterious yet comfortable is a very unique and super...what's the word....beautiful combination if it is kept in the normal amount
As a Korean, it is surprising to hear that Kazuha's Korean version of voice seems to be in his mid-20s. His voice we hear is the same as that of a teenager.

I have to say the english voice acting here is great compared to the average quality of english voice over in asian games. Loving the korean version too, altho it makes for such a deep voice for his small stature and youthfull appearance.
I adore the way his voice cracks(?) in the English dub,,, the bit of roughness in his voice just feels super fitting as compared to the lack of it in the other dubs
im here to say that, banma (CN VA) did a great job doing the voice for kazuha. ever since i watch kazuha trailer/demo (the chinese ver) and him whaling for kazuha at bilibili live, i love his voice ^^ edit (don't mind me): OH MY GOD I HATE MY FINGER FOR MAKING SUCH TYPO 😢

Notice how the jp dub ends every speech with "de gozaru" 🥺🥺 a true samurai indeed! And also, he does a little "umu" When hes thinking🥺 *Watashi waa kazooha gozaruuuu*
As a character based on old Japan/samurai it's obvious JP dub is better But the CN is feels good, even tho the CN don't have any word like "gozaru" but it's still so pleasant to hear
Finally someone said it. I was searching for opinions on Chinese voice and it seems that it is completely ignored. Honestly, all voices did a great job in the voice acting
its cuz in the cn voice the original character designers are there to guide the voice actors in their acting, usually the cn is recorded first and then translated so ya if that makes sense
Yeah, same while watching the Inazuma trailer with English voices and the way they pronounce Japanese names is a little off... I mean Inazuma has Japanese settings and its inspiration is from old samurai and the war days of japan... So im gonna say no to eng dub on this one. Still, I appreciate their hard work in dubbing(i mean all languaes).

i guess it is difficult for them, i do not understand yet because my native language is Spanish so Japanese pronunciation is child’s play for me, but i guess is even more difficult for those who their native language is english. It is indeed hard to pronounce some word, and you might get it right sometimes, and other times you don’t.
It's the same way they pronounce the Liyue character names. None of the names were pronounced perfectly right. The EN VAs are not native speaker, which is why they won't speak it perfectly well. They pronounce the Liyue characters with some names quite close with the Chinese pronunciation (not perfect because of tone in each syllable) some are pronounced wrong (such as Xianling). At least, they'd prounounce it better than normal foreigners of the West. Yet, no Chinese people complains about it. Would Japanese people care about mispronounciation? I don't think so. The VAs are doing their best so give them a break. That's what I don't like about weebs who will complain about Japanese names pronounciation. I've read a comment in the comment section of a Liyue character pronunciation guide where we will have to see seems attacking for Japanese mispronounciation
@@yukishiro3287 I personally see many chinese complain (including me). Plus its literally not that hard I get why chinese names may be harder but for japanese it's easier. Jean's VA pronounced it right in the livestream so why cant kazuha's va, could they not do a little research before pronouncing it takes like a few seconds
@@nevermindthat6 I find the pronunciations acceptable to be honest. I'm Korean and when I say my name while speaking English I don't suddenly use the actual correct native pronunciation either, instead make it kind of English-y while keeping the core sounds. So unless they make very obvious mispronunciations like Keqing as caking or Raiden as ray-dun I'm okay with giving them a lot of leeway.

I really love honkai impact, and I was hoping that you could maybe record all the characters attacks in the game with all the different outfits (since even though a character has her own attack an outfit can change those attacks to something completely new) just like what you did for Genshin impact. Just a hopeful thinking bc I can’t find any video for honkai only Genshin. 😞
I don't think i would be able to do that. I only recently started playing Honkai and my roster there is not even 1/10 from completion. Because character banner are time limited, it will take months if not years to complete the collection.
As good as the other dubs might be, the Japanese dub definitely hits different, especially for Kazuha. The speech samurai uses can only be expressed in Japanese, so it makes the voice lines more "real" in a sense. He also sounds more "care-free" and like a wandering samurai in his other JP dub voice lines too!

I only hear a slight difference. In my opinion it still suits him. I still find Japanese the best but I can’t deny all the other Kazuha VAs did a great job at bringing their own style to Kazuha
I much prefer his voice in English, it goes so well with the character. His voice is slightly cracked as if witnessing a difficult life, like some kind of injury, which it is the case. The Japanese voice comes later, it is very clear unlike the English voice, there is a real sweetness that emanates from it and which goes well to the character as well. But the English voice is also very soft but in a different way. On the other hand, I really don't like his Korean voice, I think it doesn't suit him at all. It's a voice that I find too "harsh" for the character. As for the Chinese voice, I don't really have an opinion, I think it suits him well but nothing more.
