- So as a lot of us know, EVW is currently playing all of Traso's full extended RobTop levels, however, Traso only ever built up to clubstep. I decided I'd take the opportunity, as this seemed fun, and I could get some c l o u t as well.
I have to admit, while I'm really proud of how this turned out, it was a lot harder to make than I thought. Now that might be partially due to the fact that Electrodynamix is very fast paced (more gameplay and deco scrunched up into a shorter period of time). I might do Hexagon Force, but honestly, I want to move on from this after that. This has been a fun learning experience (I highly recommend you try something like this out) but I do want to focus on more 2.1 levels.

@@JamAttack could you give me tips on building full versions and/or remakes? also can you tell me how you knew the boundaries of each update? is there some kind of thing you have that lets you set a certain update for the editor? just curious because i kind of want to make a full version myself
@@vakurai9919 There isn't anyone source of information that tells you the limits of each update. That I have learned over a long period of time with a lot of research. Joining different private servers set in an earlier updates and messing around with them helps. Of course, neither of my to extended versions are perfectly set in those restrictions. I just don't use any objects that were in a later update (besides maybe a few triggers and some text for my "don't die", my 99% death message, and the dedication text at the end) and I only use things like layering, scaling, and parts of tilesets that weren't in the game while the tileset itself was, in order to touch up minor details, their use is always subtle. I call it "cheating" if you watched my streams lol. Anyway, just see the kind of structuring and objects usedin the earlier parts of the level you want to extend, and stick to the same objects (robtop usually themes his level with the objects added in that update anyway) and take inspiration from the earlier parts, while adding your own spin on them. Eventually you'll start to come up with original ideas that fit the level. And remember that it doesn't have to be exactly like the original, take a slight spin on things sometimes. It makes the level a lot more memorable, just make sure they fit in. And heavily utilize the mechanics added in that update. Like speed portals and custom object color in 1.7 and duals and slopes in 1.8, oh one more thing. One thing I wish I noticed earlier, is that every update's level has a unique spinning object around every portal, and it seems to always be the same object. hope that helps ;)

Everything after 2:33 would bring a tear to my eye, it's just that good. It's not just the song itself, but the way you build up the "introduction" to 4x speed, how it slows down only to work its way up each speed, and 4x speed fits with what is arguably the most monumental part of the song. I mean, it's the most replayed part for a reason, and that reason is just... damn.

I love that you didn't stray from the original, but implemented your own ideas. I really like how it turned out, hopefully EVW will play in a video :>
it was a hard balance to find. Making something fresh and interesting while still making it feel like the same level. I learned a lot about how to do that doing this, and I'd say I'm pretty happy with how I did in the end.

I really like this level and the extentions fits the original feel though there is 4x speed which was not added untill 2.1. Still, it fits the music way better then 3x speed. Execlent extension
I know 4x speed didn't exist in 1.7 and I guess I'm gonna get this a lot... I just wanted to keep the level fresh in a way that fits the theme, and I figured that was a good way. Besides, 4x hasn't even been used in a RobTop level yet. (he really should make Electrodynamix 2 and use it for the first time in that along with 5x if he adds that)
@@JamAttack people say robtop will add 5x AND 6x speed in 2.2 which i think will come out in August 9 2022.

Even though this is a full version of Electrodynamix, it feels like a full fledged level and the inclusion of the ×4 speed is so fitting! Good job man :)

This is an absolute masterpiece,, this is by far my favorite full version level I have seen, it gots incredible gameplay, the flashes in the background fit perfectly, the detail on the level is fire, and it's very electrodynamix like. You are one of the best creaters I know of and possibly the best one I know of. I hope you keep on making levels cause they just keep getting better and better. Love you and your levels jam attack.
I respect the grind. I hope EVW plays this and future full versions of main levels you make (if you decide to build them). :)

I know the 4x speed breaks the rules of how full levels should be built, but I'm happy you have used the entire song untill the final beat, because all of the other fulls of this song avoid that. This one is better than the others based on creativity, and te length. I love the sync also, especially in the ufo parts.

I'm in LOVE with your version! You really captured the song's most majestic, heavenly parts (especially the end) while maintaining the official level's style. I like those unique ways to play UFO in 2:00 and 2:54, the portals are similar to the ones in the official part. And OMG, 2:34? Goosebumps...it adds so much tension to what happens next. Like 1:41, but harder. Even though 4× was added later than other speeds, I was wondering why others didn't put it in their full versions (maybe others made their versions before this update?). I can see you understood Electrodynamix is about exactly that and that's why you put extra attention to play with it. What I also appreciate is the fact that before each harder part, you placed jump pads so that players have time to react. The new ship parts look significantly more difficult than the previous ones, but I'm gonna give your level a try anyways...if I finally beat the official level (79%, those orbs kill me-). You did a great job!
EDIT (08.18.): I FINALLY COMPLETED THE OFFICIAL LEVEL AFTER 2552 ATTEMPTS, I LITERALLY CRIED

What a good full ver
I fell like that first piano part is perfect for a flashback type thing. Maybe the first obstacle of the first few levels, a black background, and a sync to the beat of pulsing to the obstacle's level's color and jumping in sync with the color pulse.

Dude the extended part of the song feels like a different song
This level isn’t really bad. The gameplay goes really well, especially 71% to 73%. The triple speed sections go well with the music and 61%’s memory part goes well with the music too. I was not expecting the 4x speed part (which came out in 2.1) in that full version of Electrodynamix. Last ball part was good, but the light hurts my eyes lol. Not a lot of UFO in the new part, so that lowers UFO gameplay. Upside down ship sections fit well with the normal level. The speed changes fit super well with Electrodynamix, since Electrodynamix introduces speed portals. Overall, Super good level to be a full version. A note from JamAttack: Please make Deadlocked full version, since this Electrodynamix full version was awesome!

Electrodynamics has good decoration and it’s the forth hardest level in the main levels and you can compare it’s decorating to new robtop offical levels

the extention is medium demon or even hard demon with the ship jump orbs while the original part is barely easy demon worthy which is my only problem (because i’m going to ignore the 4x speed portal) so i think if it were electrodynamix 2 like what theory of everything 2 did that would be cool
