Try baked peppers... red/orange bell peppers, push in garlic, anchovies and tomatoes, a good glug of olive oil. Air fry 170 for 20 mins then add more tomatoes and a splash of balsamic or red wine vinegar and bake another 10 mins or so. Works fabulously well. I think eggplant and fennel also work well in an air fryer sliced with a good glug of olive oil.
Perfect review! Thanks guys definitely help me make up my mind purchasing a second Ninja Air fryer. Have Flexi and want a dual too. Sticking to original Ninja dual after this video 👍🏼 Keep up the good work! 🙏🏼
I’ve been wondering how this one was going to work . Thanks guys for showing me this video .. I don’t think I like it that much , I have a galley kitchen and no place to put it . I’ll stick with what I have . Thanks again , take care ❤️
I like mine but I liked my ninja foodi xl better. It took me a little bit to get used to this one. It frustrated me in the beginning. I bought this one for space savings and to cook more at once. I feel like it takes longer to cook than the foodi but you also don't have to preheat it like the foodi so it may come out to the same timeframe. For me, pretty much everything takes 20 minutes at 390 or 400°. I haven't tried the dehydrator yet, but I'm waiting for some aftermarket dehydrator trays that will hold more than just the one rack that comes with it. One thing with this is if you're using the top and the bottom air fryer it will not heat both at the same time. It will cook in the top and then after a while it will switch to heating the bottom and then it'll switch back to cooking on the top and vice versa. So if you're using both top and bottom to cook at the same time, it takes just about double the time to cook. It cooks a lot faster if you just cook in one basket.
I’ve bought all the ninja air fryers and this one is by far my favorite. FYI pitch those racks. I need for them. Got mine for $179 Walmart. Good price.
Really enjoy the review. Great job guys. Very entertaining and agree that it is not the best set up. Whether it’s a good or bad product, it’s always great to watch.
Iv just bought a refurbished one from ninja at a fantastic price off 135.00 on eBay it’s fantastic just like new cooks fantastic so happy with my ninja stack
My first impression was, “What have those crazy Ninja engineers cooked up now?” Gotta love em. I simply can’t have enough cooking gadgets. Unfortunately, cuz I love Ninja stuff, I don’t need this configuration. I’m still using the Ninja Double Oven. 😊
Looks neat at first glance. Price is too rich for my blood & after the video, it's a no go for me :) Jamie needs to do some videos and recipes using the Speedi :) I have one & haven't used it very much but, I'd like to :(
Thanks for the review. I want one cos its different but its tooo long to look not out of place in my smaller kitchen anywhere that i put it. If the vent was on the left hand side, its poss i could get it to work.
412 Canadian Dollars? Including shipping, that doesn't sound too bad. US Dollars though? Never. Bought it for 220 Euro and considering it's a double stack for both baskets, that's actually pretty affordable . Super important not to overload the baskets, especially with fries. Frozen especially, I only make them fresh.
I don't understand the reason they made it vertical unless they did it to save space. The way they made it, the surface that hits the air is much smaller than a normal horizontal machine. They will do anything for sales, but at the end of the day, the original design is the best. keel up the good work guys
Loved your review, the chicken nuggets on the rack were reality, but a disaster. The Chicken and green beans , may have been better if you had flipped the chicken, stirred the beans and cooked it to 165'... Liked it when I first saw it, but I think I will stick with my dual 9qt.
I don't believe so. We did another test with just one basket and it didn't sound like that. It sounded like the fans basically stopped. It might do that on purpose though to be fair, not sure. - J
This thing has been slated on almost all RUclips reviews I’ve seen. It can be prone to cook very unevenly. Personally I only find air fryers are good for cooking frozen processed food like fries and nuggets. $412 for that thing is crazy. Great video as always boys. 🇬🇧
I was thinking of purchasing a new air fryer, and this might have been the one but, after having watched your show... I'm going to forego this product...as it is not a good fit for us.
I find your review quite biased! 1st, why would you do the beans with the protein? You said yourself the beans only take a few minutes! Silly to do them together! Chicken should have been on the bottom & then add in the last few minutes! The height easily fits in a standard size counter/ cupboard, which is usually around 18”.
Well, we followed ninjas recipe in the book, if you have an issue when the beans or how the beans were cooked. Reach out to ninja. We’ve done hundreds of reviews, we knew the beans wouldn’t turn out. But this is a review, not a how to, so we put ninja to the test and see if their product, not our product, will do what it says. And if it fits under your cabinets, good for you. It doesn’t fit under mine. Our reviews are always neutral, unbiased and fair. We are not affiliated to any product company, and do our videos the way we want. Marc

In Spain Cecotec make a stackable air fryer with a 3 +6 drawer configuration.
Oh cool! - J
Thank you for doing this video, I was going to get this but I’m not now. Thank you for all you guys do! 😊
For the price. And the height, I wouldn’t buy it. But it did function well. Thanks for watching !! Marc

Been waiting for this! Thanks so much for reviewing it!
Glad we could help! - J
Great video guys! Will one of you be using this regularly for a few months then doing an updated review? Thank you for doing this for us!
That’s the plan ! Marc
Why "air fry" the chicken? Is there not a different setting for poultry? Or is that what was suggested?
That's what was suggested. - J
Thank you for this review. Always love your vids. Any plans to review the NInja Combi?
Thanks so much! We actually did review the Combi, check it out! ➡️ruclips.net/video/ce3f0WYhe5k/видео.html - J

We totally agree ! Marc
They made it vertical so as to save space on a counter - top.
Of course. They made it to save space. 😊
I think I'll stick to my Instant - Vortex Slim and Cosori airfryer ☺
👍🏼👍🏼
Can I suggest a new scoring method?

Thanks for suffering through that. Great review, as always I have the Ninja side-by-side dual. I now know I do NOT need to replace it!
Thanks so much! Glad we could help! - J
Great review! Let's me know I can live without it. 😂
Totally! - J
They just came out with a slushy machine , have you seen it yet ? 😮
Not yet, we'll check it out! - J
We are going to order it. Stay tuned for the review !!! Marc
Maybe it sounded different because only one of the baskets was running when it did that?
I don't believe so. We did another test with just one basket and it didn't sound like that. It sounded like the fans basically stopped. It might do that on purpose though to be fair, not sure. - J
@@TheAverageKitchen it could also be that it does it to try to maintain a consistent temperature.
Hi guys. Those are crinkle beans😂😂😂
Haha absolutely!! Marc
Crispy is the way to go who would want soggy fries or nuggets 😊
We TOTALLY agree !!! Marc

My fries in lard take 3 to 4 mins.
I’ve never tried them in lard. I should. Marc
Im not surprised, I sold the side by side one because it didn’t work
Thanks for watching. Marc
Basically it just double the time it takes to cook, completely defeating the purpose. Might as well just use the oven.
You’re totally right. Marc
