It seems like Evie still doesn’t care about Elise’s feelings, even after 1000 years, she seems not wanting to bond with her sister and not wanting her to meet her mother. But, Evie doesn’t seem to hate her like before, she just doesn’t seem to not bond with her.
Considering emilia is most likely a blue green tree python, the fact that she bites lissana shows that she sucks at it - blue-green tree pythons, as all pythons, are a kind of non-venomous snake which means her muscles are extraordinary - she could easily trip her up or break her leg with those muscles.

After everything she did to her while they were alive, and how she used her to mentally torture Emilia some more, the *least* she could do is let her meet her mother again.
I’m curious if Elise will ever snap at Evie soon, maybe when she founds out that Evie treats her mother over the top mentally and physically would be the final straw for her, but at the same time she knows she can’t argue with her sister for her mother getting punished, but she (Elise) would’ve scream at her (Evie) for being ungrateful that Emilia is loyal to her.
So, the demons knew about Evie over torturing Emilia both mentally and physically, yet they still didn’t do anything about it? But, it was confirmed that Nuru did say that she and some of the demons did tell Evie to stop over torturing Emilia, but it probably wasn’t all the time.

@mthequeenofcringe2112 The problem is that Evie is extremely emotional inmature and the difference between Veronica is that even though she didn't understand that her people were for her to protect during her human life and devil life Demonica seems to be really focus in what she's supposed to do and her duties for example the killings she did under Evie's orders weren't because she respected her because is clear she despised her but it was her duty and after realizing after Angella's passing that her people were part of her also duties too she tries to beg Raphael since it's probably the way royals were raised to serve and wouldn't be surprised if Evie lived longer sending Veronica into a beneficial marriage which she wouldn't even complain because those were most likely her duties.And in general her interactions tend to be about working and being professional more than emotional thing that Evie fails in If someone had taught Veronica love and empathy she might have been a similar queen to Velma because of how Veronica seems to be devoted in her duties even after retirement.

It seems like Evie still doesn’t care about Elise’s feelings, even after 1000 years, she seems not wanting to bond with her sister and not wanting her to meet her mother. But, Evie doesn’t seem to hate her like before, she just doesn’t seem to not bond with her.
