You can pick up bay rays by their spiracle, it’s the 2 holes on the top of their head behind their eyes. Use your thumb and pointing finger, stick them there and grasp it. You only need to worry about the barb on the tail closet to the body. Flip them over and it’s easier to take the hook out. When fishing is slow I’ll target mud marlins, they’re fun to catch and always put up a good fight.

@@lorenzorosales6243 I get the meat from the wings and boil it in water, I discard any dark meat, and it's ready to be made in Ceviche.
