They just ruined the play with the wrong words, its NOT "Always a day away" its ONLY A DAY AWAY ugh This is important for the HOPE of the story, why can't anyone stick to the right words
The camera was at the back of the auditorium and the speakers are at the edge of the stage. And some people didn’t have mic’s because there weren’t enough for everyone, so they had to rely on the stage/choir mic’s to pick up their voices. In person, the volume was great.

The stage version was always "always". The 1982 movie was the one that changed it to "only"
