Replaced that tie rod yet? 😂 Im replacing all front arms, tie rods, shocks, springs and strut mounts once all the parts arrive. Was hoping to do it this weekend but shocks and springs haven't arrived in time......🤬
I think lighting has been a bigger issue but I do plan to get a better camera at some point, just not currently in the budget. and thanks for the feedback.
that sounds right. it's been awhile since I did that video. and I will say up til we had to let the blue car go for reasons not related to her performance or reliability those arms were working perfectly and I have no complaints I would buy them again. I will also say we used Meyle tie rods on the A6 and I'm happy with their performance as well.
Febi and TRW can be OE from the factory, but both Febi and TRW have economy options on the aftermarket. With Lemförder you only get pretty much what they shipped them from the factory. Though Costs twice as much or more compared to TRW/Febi 😅. If balljoints are good, it is a good idea to get just the Lemförder bushings and use a hydraulic press to swap them! The whole set of bushings from Lemförder only cost like 100$ (in EU anyway). On newer Audis you might be able to replace the front arm balljoint separately too which is nice.
