It's been 3 years since I was fighting with anxiety. But all of a sudden I started listening to her. My thoughts towards the world started changing. Much relaxed. Trying to be disciplined in life so no one can control my emotions anymore. I am taking my charge back to myself.

How well explained didi... I feel so hurt when people judge me... They r seeing me only for taking effort for my kids... In the school also... M handling alone even if m in a family.....n give so much respect n over polite with people... But never get any small gesture of love in return...they put a label on us.. Ki ye to aaisa hi hai... Ye yoaaisi hai...that hurts so much sometimes... Ab family support nahi karti , apni responsibility se bhaagti hai to kya meri galati hai... Per log dekh rahe hai na.. Ki main akele do bacchon ko family main rehate bhi, financially, responsibility har taraf se le rahi hoon... Bacchon ko pyaar se sambhalna, unka kharal rakhna, per phir bhi logon ka najiriya alag ho jaata hai... M facing karma for being too good, even my kids too...itne pyaare bacche hai... Dear Didi, you lighten up paths of many. I always feel good watching you.. I’m a questioner.. I wish I had a chance to have a discussion like Suresh Oberoi sir with you. Then only perhaps I could get a little rest. One question here is that if people have different perception for flowers they vl treat them differently and so some will care more for flowers and keep them fresh for long and some will just make them wither soon. So others perception matters some way or the other 😔 but we are human beings and not the flowers so i will definitely try to lead my life as u say. 😊

Self - Respect means what?? She doesn't know the difference between the desire for lust and self respect. Self Respect starts from knowing the TRUTH.
