Technically you COULD farm molagora by raising your characters to friendship 10 as long as they are already upgraded, raise 3 of them up and you get around 15, its not easy but doable🤷🏽♂️
Yes, this is how I managed to get my way through, equip the 100% friendship arti on any character that you’re upgrading. Do the repeat battles with it and arena points. Use it all throughout until you reach 10 friendship. Also give it its proper runes to upgrade its friendship depending on its element.
I will also like to add that entering and exiting the friendly stages like chap 1-3-4 will also give you friendship points and it costs only 2 stamina. The main problem lies on not having a friendship artifacts coz when you reach friendship levels around 7 and above, you'll have to grind hard enuf to be able to cap it to 10 including the arena farms. That's not only the issue here, because if you want to get the ROI of 3 molagoras per character you need to get to +15 their skills first, which means you have to spend atleast 33 molagoras to get refunded by 3. The only good thing is that old and newer players get fully decked out selectors which they can farm their friendship points and atleast it can alleviate the molagora problems, but it's just a band aid solution specially this fully decked out selectors isn't a permanent thing. With more and more units coming out that requires to be fully maxed to maximize their output, it wouldn't be too long for it to be urgent problem. Even renowned streamers are having problems with molagora nowadays and with the minimum of 4-8ish molagoras a week(depends coz there's auto tower and sidestory every 2 weeks), it'll take you atleast a month and half to fully maxed mola your core dps units. I know a lot of you will say this game is about min maxing and resource management but, are the renowned spenders even buy the molagora packs?? I don't think that's the case. Let's also not forget that 4star units wouldn't refund molagoras and some of them are also core dps units like BBK for example. Ps. I also forgot to add expedition passes, epic passes and the seasonal reward of rift. I only calculated the weekly sources of molas so I apologize
@@CheonM4a Regardless, it’s fundamentally important to optimally spend mola correctly early on to avoid being in a situation where you have to farm mola later. Being smart about spending will cause a ripple effect of only good things for your account, and that’s the point I was trying to make. 😄
@@chiefdelph i absolutely agree chief. This is one of the main things that needs to be emphasized to newer players coz as you've said spending recklessly early on will only lead to demise mid-late game. A lot of new players also asked me whether to build this or that unit but I always tell them to "BUILD THEM BUT DO NOT UPGRADE THEIR SKILLS YET" or seek for someone else's advice regarding skill upgrades, coz for example, a veteran player tells a new player to build monk for example, the tendency is most of the players would upgrade skill levels that aren't supposed to be upgraded or unecessarily(not unless they'd forget upgrading skills). For a new player's perspective, their definition of building a certain unit includes maxing all the skills, and we all know that for a beginner, the amount of things and information you have to keep in mind on this game is overwhelming so we have to constantly remind them
Hi i've been playing the game since 2020 ! I already play on i think maybe 50 accounts (ye i have a problem with perfect early game) and i can tell you give some very good advices. The only thing where i dont agree is Landy. She is actually the GOAT of The PVE not just an"pve unit". Whit Bloodstone she can carry you throught all the abyss floor easily. And she can do Banshee 13 etc. She is one of the best units in the game in my opinion for PVE. Si would reccomand her to a new player actually. Sry for my english i'm french
All good, and you are correct. However, PVE in Epic Seven is (in my opinion) a bit of a joke. Most content is extremely easy, and pushing beyond Abyss 100 and 500-800k per expo is more or less overkill for the average player. It's also likely that we have a collab coming soon, so I'd advise against spending now more than ever.
@@chiefdelph Ye i guess it makes sense. Its true that i cant remember the last time i struggled doing something in PVE. However even thought most of the content is very easy. It's cool to have some comfort with Landy Or brigg Or characters like that. Because E7 is SOooooooo Long to farm. Its very frustrating sometimes to spend 1 hour doing a hunt for example when you can do it in 30 minutes with some special units. ( For the repeat 30 x). So again depends on what you like in the game. Even though you're totally right about saving some bookmarks for the next collab. IMO i like to farm quickly. Thats why i "overkill" my PVE units. Like my W13 team is Ken, Rem, SinGelica and SSb
The issue with UH30 isn't that it drops different catas, it's that it has 0 potential to drop epic catalysts. After plenty of runs you are bound to get an epic catalyst or two, which is essentially a free bonus of 400 AP that UH30 is incapable of giving.
This is quite the self-destructive way of thinking though. Risking 2-3 thousand BM just for a chance at a DJ Basar isn't something I can safely recommend. You are technically correct though
@@dsel307 thanks! And haha I’m working on shifting faster and faster, but I just don’t like golem gear haha I’d rather use destro or another utility providing set like pen/immu on bruisers

Best places to get gear charms is farming unrecorded history and turning the green gear into enhancement dust. Trust me, this is a big bottleneck for me too your experience is shared. Also make sure you are crafting all of your equipment charms every week
Does stage 27 really have the same stigma and gold value as 30? Cause if that's true why is that never mentioned in the big channels like Kristen and deity. Thanks a lot for the tip I've been struggling with the catalysts
I have 60k energy but no built units for farming any hunts or expeditions cause i played like a doofus and never looked at any guides. I guess thats another way of bricking an account.
is it possible to skip the whole pvp thing? im just here to play with the cool chars and pve stuff, do i miss a lot if i decide to not touching pvp at all? great vid btw, i just started recently so it helps me a lot
There’s not much depth to the game if you don’t get into RTA in my opinion. There are people who chase for late game PVE, if that’s what you want to be there is some content there for you for sure but it’s not for me. I’d check out Tristen Wulf’s PVE guides
I think that’s a good idea. I can work on a video covering my expo and hunt teams, but be warned some are pretty suspicious 👀 Expect something next weekend or so. Thanks for the idea!
hi chief, I'm a returnee player (2 years away from E7), do you have in-depth guide for pets and rift? I pretty much neglected my pets from years ago 😂 and there's no rift 2 years ago
I'd say you also need to consider what the units of those catalysts are. For example if we consider stage 27 and stage 33. They are cancer and virgo catas. These statlines are not totally unused. But they are not used by a *ton* of units. For example Cancer units wise it's DDR, Destina, Alecnia and that's abt it for pvp. For virgo it's both Sharuns, Chloe and used to be Kitty Clarissa. On the other hand, Gemini straight up has the most 5*s. Like we have Specter Tenebria, Briar Witch, Elena, Summer Luluca, AS Flan, Diene just to name a few. So I'd say if you just want a generally good stage to farm UH30 is the best one. However, if you are specifically building an Alencia or wtv it's still fine to go with the one that has more AP value like UH33 or UH27 (tho I believe UH27 gives less stigma than UH30).
The primary reason I would disagree with your point of UH30 is the best is UH30 drops no epic catalysts. You can craft catalysts at a 1:1 ratio in the steeple for some gold alone, so it is still more beneficial to spend energy farming a stage that gives you epic catalysts to do this with than to spend it on a stage you can clear quicker/get slightly more stigma from. I see where you’re coming from though! Well thought out point.
