Top IIMs are just the finishing schools for the crème de la crème graduates of premier institutions.They charge exorbitant fees in the name of brand & premier education...while in reality they are only dignified placement agencies.

You missed one major point which comes under basic eligibility criteria which is the minimum cut off for average of 10th and 12th marks. If someone don't fulfill this criteria then he/she won't be eligible for IIM Ahmedabad

The stage 1 of the selection process is the exact thing that is wrong with the Indian education system. Very mechanical, lazy and ignorant to the fact that marks are not the measure of intelligence.
