Thanks alot. I have a training at edmonton next week. My flight to edmonton will be from Toronto. How do i know the terminal which leads to my going to edmonton after reaching the airport

Before entering the airport but will be indicated on the sign which terminal you are heading be watchful or you may ended up going to different terminal. Just use GPS and ask terminal 1 or 3 you are going

I will be flying into YYZ and will have a layover of 7 hrs before connecting into the USA. When I land from Dubai Intl., will I have to go to the customs and leave the international area, or can I stay there and meet up with family arriving a few hrs after me?

Yes, absolutely stay there, if you hace connecting flight they will not allow you to go somewhere else

There was no Digital Immigration - computer kiosk where you answer few questions and there is a print out? Or it has been removed now?

Yes there is one before your final exit. Video. Not allowed so I skipped that one.
