Plus the technician hive will heal the shield. This gear set needs a little work. It's nice to see the deflector shield actually having a purpose. It was taken down too fast before. Kinda fun to watch.

The build im going for is the backpack the knee pads the gloves and the holster with a mixture of armor armor region and hazard protection and explosion resistance next a gila guard mask for total armor and the exotic chest I wanna hit Max armor and Max hazard protection and then have some explosion resistance and armor region since hazard protection covers everything but explosion and finish off by pairing it with liberty
it think it saves the PVP newbies tho, like me who wants DZ exclusive but too stupid to fight players. you need 3 DPS builds or 6 DZ builds to down one of this OP gear set. your best chance over this set is let the NPC kill one.
They have no clue, holsters that set players on fire, medkits that give you double armour, gearsets that can kill you by shooting some one else, stasis effects you can't get rid of, now this. I know it's a PTS so it'll probably change a bit but seriously even consider to put this in the game😣
Having a high armor build should be able to make you feel tanky and have you stay in the fight way longer just like the dps build will melt quicker... hope they don't nerf it too crazy.

I don't think it needs dramatic nerfs or changes(except in pvp), but i see some issues with this gearset jn PVE, 1st the healing should be better the more blue cores you have, like clutch that is based on red cores. And 2nd it should only heal you when you have your shield drawn. Because unlike TP this provides no utility to your team, you just become a mega tanky bullet sponge shooting marshmellows
Finally a biuld that actually makes a tank viable for missions. Now all thats left is to make people look bigger and fatter like the enemies so he actually looks like a tank.

I wouldn’t necessarily call it OP. Sure, it’s strong, but in order to get it at max strength you need the backpack and chest equipped, so you can’t use talents there. And as you can see multiple times in the video, when he’s being hit with something that isn’t an smg/ar, he does loose armor. Heavy hitting weapons are the counter.
The fact that you are still almost dieing meaning it's not tht op because of the fact we can do more dps then the set can heal unless u show a more optimize build you proved to me that it can heal even more I'm still confident in the fact that you can get one shotted wearing that gear can't out heal one shot

I only agree with ONE of the needs the drone spamming, other than that NPC’s were never op. People just suck and don’t know how to build a good set. How? You’re taking 60% more damage from any and all attacks.... healing will take longer actually.... and even still... Perfect Glass cannons will get steamed rolled... only ever viable in long range pVe and it still ain’t even all that because the enemies don’t miss..... if they focus on your deployable shield, that is basically gone too

Most of the guns in game are getting buffed. Despite 20% longer time to kill in pvp, you’re forgetting this is an all armor build. He’ll have to waste at least one talent slot that will sacrifice damage for survivability. This will only really be better in group fighting, otherwise, he will get mince by someone running a Damage build
