This song tells the story in the construction of Niue Hanan International Airport and performed during the commissioning in the late 70s. Many believed the new mode of transport, although seems expensive at the time, was the most convenient in making their way to Auckland (compared to the cargo and passenger ship, Tofua and Matua).
