im in a forest with my eyes closed, water tricking down my back. i listen to the soothing sounds of birds chipping their lovely song. i mantain a constant breathing. i open my eyes to find im now swiming down a wide river. i watch fish circle in groups and fall down a sparkeling waterfall. finally i smile and pop up to the surface. Unfortunately, i wake up now, finding that is was all a dream and that the world isnt that lovely anymore.
This so "healped" me heal emotionally and to just let go and feel my feelings ...! I just relaxed and **let go** and panted like a dog and let my tears flow like the rivers in the video, until my face was wet and tingling....thank you.. namaste!!!
This is such a peaceful, calm, quiet music video and soothing for your eyes and your inner self. Really relaxing and deffinitely deserves 5 stars. Do you agree?
