I'm looking to possibly buy late fall / early winter. I'm not originally from Spokane and don't know the area super well. In the 300K - 350K price range, which parts of town would you recommend considering strictly from an investment standpoint? Also, which types of properties (characteristics) are the best from an investment standpoint? I guess I'm asking what trends you have seen and general statements you can safely make. Thanks.
