Hi Thierry, I suppose you are asking about 4.00". The 2 is a common factor from -6x^2+8x-2. Basically, -6x^2+8x-2= 2(-3x^2 +4x -1)= 2[(1-x)(3x-1)]. Hope that helps!
Oh my God I can't believe I finally understood this
You're the best partial fraction teacher ever🤗
Thank you

I thought it supposed to be -2
Because - × - = +
It will become 24x^2 if it is +2
Sir pls help me to find integral of 1÷(t×t2-1)
Thank u so much...
Thanks cher
How to solve x^2 - 1/x - 2

Hi Thierry, I suppose you meant to express (x^2-1)/(x-2) as partial fractions?
Thanks
Thankyou sir
