    The amount of people who get H1s in subjects is not relevant, loads of people get H1s in applied maths because its mostly only taken by people who are excellent at, and intersted in maths, few people get H1s in geography because its a very popular subject

    Does the leaving cert only matter for getting into colleges or does it matter for other things as well? Also if I do bad on the leaving cert can I still get into a college?

      It definitely matters. I ended up not finishing college but the lc taught me how to work hard and the meaning of hard work, still one of the most important things I ever learnt

    I've dropped to ordinary level maths with the advice from my grinds tutor and teachers, because I'll easily get the 01 and without the stress of higher level maths I'll make up the extra 25 points no bother because I'll have way more time to dedicate to other subjects

    Ireland is by far the worst country I’ve ever been to for education. I seriously cannot wait to move to Germany soon.

    When doing exam questions, should I just copy down the answers/copying notes?
    Or should I just blindly attempt them?

    • @katiemartin2687
      @katiemartin2687 7 месяцев назад +2

      I do a bit of both, if I'm confident with an answer I'll write it down before checking it but if I'm unsure, I'll say it aloud then check before i write it down I'm my book. I'd recommend studyclix if you haven't it already as you can pick a topic and it gives you every exam Q on that topic and the repetition is so helpful!

      @@kingofcards9516 I've got my mocks this week to, i think at this point its just important to not stress yourself out too much. Make sure to read every question twice and a tip from my teachers is, when reading through your answers at the end: read the question, then your answer, and then the question again, in order to be fully sure you've answered every aspect of it. Best of Luck!!
