I think it would greatly improve the quality of the full game videos, if we could get a brief introduction of the civ you're playing. Even a short display of the specific civ overlay would be nice. Otherwise i still enjoy your games a lot.
At 16:47 I'm talking about district discounting, which is an obscure mechanic I covered in my recent video "District discounting demystified." The TL;DW is that the game gives you a discount on constructing a type of district if you haven't built many of that type of district yet but you've finished many other districts already. The details are in the video. At other points in this vod I may refer to getting "discounted buildings", in which case I'm referring to the fact that Hungary's civ bonus grants them 50% extra production towards all buildings constructed in a district that's placed across a river from the city center.
why u bought horse instead of 2\2 forest in start of the game ? Usually better buy forest tile insread of resource tile cause firstful city grows to them.
Where can I go to get started playing competitive multiplayer civ, I play on diety and immortal and just get bored with the lackluster ai sometimes I’d like to challenge myself in multiplayer
Herson can we get a video on how to properly use Gran Columbia, I want to see violence :)

Sounds like a good idea, I'll do that in future full game uploads.
Words can’t describe how much you’ve reignited my addiction to civ
I feel you. For me it’s the same.
Honestly props to Babylon for defending really well against the GDRs
the second settle took some balls
2:24:47 my troops are merely passing by
When he's talking about discounted buildings is it because the total prod would leave excess prod after he finishes a build? (16:47)

@@HersonCiv thanks for the reply!

I was hoping that I'd get a builder from a tribal village, which would've made the horse tile preferable to the forest hill
it's misplay you are right

CPL's the largest multiplayer Civ community, you can join their discord here: discord.gg/cpl. It's a lot more reliable than random public lobbies
@@HersonCiv thank you appreciate that
