    The fact that all three of the crime scenes was contaminated by LE, denied these great young people any hope of justice.
    Obviously there was a forth crime scene, the vehicle in which they were driven to their deaths. Of course Barney Fife and crew never found that vehicle.
    Honestly even with DNA evidence and confessions, I think a first year law student could win this case for their client.
    The saddest fact about this case, Jane was about to become the manager of her own store.

    The police did it.
    They forced the people with the worst backgrounds relative to the crime scene to “confess”. Because they’re with law enforcement, they can practically control what the accused or confessed men say seeing as they all had shady backgrounds and lived nearby. If the men don’t do as their told, their sentences get lengthened. The stories that went in circles were also very convenient because it blurred the obvious facts. Their adamance about the children being okay and allowing the scene to be cleared up also shows some corrupt-ability. I believe no one is dumb enough to make that mistake for any reason. The drugs also make sense because in the 70’s corrupt cops usually had a connection to drug cartels.

    Something I have to point out. You make it sound like speedway is just a neighborhood in indianapolis. It's not it's a town that decided they they wouldn't become part of Indianapolis. There are actually four cities that said we will not be part of Indy. Lawrence, speedway, beach grove and Southport.

    As an Indiana native, I can tell you right now the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police (which is who manages Indianapolis, Speedway, and a couple other neighboring cities) is pretty bad... Indianapolis is at an all-time crime high right now, and us natives like to joke it's turning into a Gary 2.0 of sorts... There's many complex issues as to why the police there are so bad, issues that would take paragraphs to explain so I won't do that here, but I only live about 40 minutes away from Indianapolis, and I find it amazing how our Police Department seems to be much better managed and run, and it's not even that far away...

    • @MikadoYuma
      @MikadoYuma 2 года назад

      Managing a city like Indianapolis is different than managing a town. I live in Indianapolis and yes there is a lot of crime, just like in most large cities in the USA, but I don't blame the police. I blame the criminal, the one doing the crime. Police officers are human, and unless they're committing crimes of their own I'd rather give them the benefit of the doubt since they put their lives on the line to keep us safe even while people like you try to criticize them. Many policemen have died for strangers, and even left family behind yet people today don't have an ounce of appreciation for them. It's just sad.

    In the UK years ago, an imprisoned child killer named Ronald Jebson led the police on a long run-around "helping" with the unsolved murders of two children. After (I think) over a year of this, he confessed to being the murderer all along. He did so for ego and personal gratification.
    Was this the kind of motivation Forrester would have had? His own confirmed crimes suggest he had an obsession with control...

      i dont believe so i think he heard from an officer through his time in police stations and jails about the extra details and just wanted the fame of it all. i feel like its more likely that it was drug dealers or addicts taking over that area and thought the store was full of dealers as a ring was recently closed down from there, some people fought back and some died at that point all witnesses needed to die too and thats why some are further away stabbed and beaten and some seem to have stayed and been executed. its a cool theory though jebson deserved death for what he did sick sick man but this man got seen through like a window i dont believe he was as smart as jebson or as calculated, people who listened to his story all thought it was lies or he was just a liar himself.
