I love Rabbit! When my wife and I were in Sicily I ate rabbit almost every night. The same when we visited Malta. Really great recipe. Can't wait to try it out. Thank you.

Regardless of the ethnicity I love cooking good and tasty food. For myself and family I bought a whole rabbit today. And I'm gonna use this recipe. For Saturday's dinner with pasta.

    Thank you for this recipe.
In America, we are starting to eat less and less of the standard beef-pork-chicken and when you switch to rabbit and game birds, you need new and bold recipes. Tomato, rosemary and red wine are wonderful for standing up to the minerally nature of rabbit or lamb or goat shanks.

You can find rabbits sometimes at a big grocery store or through specialty meat stores. Better yet, hunt (legally) or raise your own meat rabbits! Google is your friend.

You need to use Babunya's Gourmet Spices on All you Game Meats. It's amazing!! Gluten Free, No MSG. Try Original (no heat), or Mild (some heat), or Hot! Deer, Turkey, Bear, Boar, Elk, Trout, Salmon, whatever. It's AMAZING!!!

Since I have been around rabbit too much, I am not use to looking at its shape and bones. Therefore I don't think I could eat it.
