And here is my favorite song in the album. I really love it because the Desire Drive is my favorite theme from Ten Desire and its because both of my favorite vocalist are featuring in this song. One is so good at English, Renko and the other one is as you all know Sasi, the great German vocalist that we get to hear especially in Babbe's albums though she has her own channel where she sings many great cover songs of other genres too so check out her RUclips channel too.
Anyways the thing I noticed in this song and I really want to point out that there is some difference between Sasi and Renko. Renko is used to sing in English so she is more experienced than Sasi especially when it comes to singing in English. So if you listen carefully then you will notice that Sasi sings a bit more faster than Renko. I mean she sings a bit in more rushed tempo than Renko herself in this song. I wonder if its because of German language and that she usually sings in German but anyways her English is also great. Renko on the other hand you can notice how experienced she is. She sings more calmly and chooses her words carefully and pronounce the words in more articulate manner. She is doing it in this way so that her voice can match with the background tunes so that's the difference I was talking about. Sasi is more like rushing things a bit and she somehow misses those tones. Well I am not expert but just noticed this while subbing the video and when played the song more slowly than its normal pace. In short I'm not critizing her voice or anything. She is great singer as always but just wanted to point out what I noticed while subbing this song and nothing more.
I wanted to upload these arranges a bit more earlier, around the time comiket started but I didn't want these songs to get lost in the rush of my uploading schedule. There are many other great German vocal arranges in this album so please buy the album either online where you can buy the digital copy or you can order the physcial copy by getting into contact with Babbe in his twitter. So don't hesitate to show your support to European circles just like Frozen Starfall so that they can produce more great albums like this in the future too!

Well our Japanese or not so native listeners might not understand what they are hearing unless they see the lyrics on the video which is present so yeah its always nice to also add English lyrics to the video so that more people from all around the world can able to understand lyrics and enjoy the song equally too.
Their pronunciation isn't perfect because their Japanese (Gensokyian) so it's hard to make out what their saying at times, and that's why the subs are there, these aren't native English speakers after all, which also allows the authors to experiment with the text.

This got added to three different playlists the second I clicked it. Loving it~!
When I listened to this collab track, I couldn't help but notice the difference in vocals. It's pretty obvious who's singing what part. Sasi sings English, I'd say, very well compared to other English vocals in the Touhou scene. But there's still room for improvement. I notice that the tempo up on Sasi's side seems like she's struggling on catching up with the rhythm of the song a bit. When you aren't fluent in a language AND you're trying to match rhythm on one of the fastest paced music genres out there, you're going to have a slightly awkward performance to someone more fluent in the language. It's not noticeable enough to kill the performance, but it's something that can be improved.
Unfortunately, this duet, although different and admirable to do, isn't nearly as good as the other collab tracks from the previous albums from Frozen Starfall. (Favorite being "Way of Life" by Nhato) As a fluent English speaker, it's a little jarring when you have such contrasting performances in one song. If it was done with two fluent speakers, it'd be perfect.
This is, by far, my favorite album under Frozen Starfall. It feels like the musicians listened to my opinion and fixed all of it in this album. (minus this collab track that had a bit of a hiccup XP) Everything felt balanced with each track. Nothing outright stood out as good compared to the other albums. Everything felt equally great. I feel it's going to be hard to top this album.

bioaffect I appreciate the feedback. When I was a young child (like 3 years old) there was a man from Puerto Rico who taught us english. I feel more comfortable singing in english than in german, because german is such a hard language to sing - still I can understand why this song disappoints you, it also disappoints me that I couldn't give all my heart to it, maybe next time I can keep up a better Performance than for this track.
