    What if you need a multi-app license but only some of those apps need deployments? Do you get 1 license key that you use for all apps that covers this complexity?

      Please email info@ag-grid.com with all your questions.
      In that scenario, yes you would get one license key to cover all apps and deployments. The license key would come with X deployments, and it's up to you how you distribute those deployments amongst the apps, with some apps not needing any deployment if they are internal apps.

    In the website, it says the following for Multiple Application Developer License:
    "All front end developers on the project must be licensed, not just the ones directly working with the grid."
    Part confused me is "...not just the ones directly working with the grid". So to me, it means, both frontend and backend developers need to be licensed. But in the video, it explicitly said only front-end developers need to be licensed, and not the backend developers. Could you please explain? Thanks.

    In an application with microfrontend framework implementation, do all frontend application need separate licenses or one will work across all?

      If your application is composed of microfrontend's, then we can consider that one application. However in this scenario then all JS frontend developers working across all microfrontends will need to be licensed.

    Is there an AG Grid ML Enterprise license for developing Dashboards using Python?

      Hi, we don't officially support Python, but there are some 3rd party extensions/wrappers available. Take a look at our tools & extensions community page for more info: ag-grid.com/community/tools-extensions/

    How can we update row data with files (any type of file) in the ag-grid?

    • @agGrid
      @agGrid  Год назад

      AG Grid is a component for display the data, how you get the data is up to your app. So how to load files is outside of what AG Grid does. I would recommend googling 'loading files in react' (or whatever framework you are using) to find out how to load the data. Once you have the data in your application, set it as Row Data (rowData property) in the grid.

      Hi! You can trial enterprise for free at any time - you don't need to get a trial licence. If you want to remove the watermark and console error you can request a trial licence by contacting info@ag-grid.com. See our docs for more info: www.ag-grid.com/javascript-data-grid/licensing/

    While some UI libraries are already released as MIT license, you also require Deployment License
    Worst license I've ever seen

    Too bad it's so expensive: (

      In the end you will save money, the price is equivalent to one or two days developer salary depending on where you are, and the time saving is tremendous (if you try to build your own). If you go for an inferior product, you will end up loosing out also, wasting time fixing issues you wouldn't have with AG Grid. If it's still to expensive, then consider using our free AG Grid Community version.
