I have flat feet and I’ve noticed recently after wearing narrower socks and ASICS Gel - excite 7 when I run, a bunion on my left foot. I can feel some bone there so I don’t want to inflame it anymore. When at home I wear UGG mens slippers which I feel aren’t good for my bunion, but I’m looking for recommendations for new trainers?… And socks as well, but I have no idea which ones to buy before winter sets in. Toe socks OR Wide toe box socks or just simply wider socks?… And I’m considering replacing my slippers with BIRKENSTOCK men's sandals which I hear are good for bunions and hammertoe… And I read barefoot shoes like LEMS Primal 2’s are good for running but I fear they could cause injuries in my Achilles tendon or calf from heel striking when I run.
Or just go barefoot at home?

Not useful for truly deformed feet. Show this with a foot that has BUNIONS and Hammer toes please. I can't find shoes wide enough for extreme bunions.🤨🙄
