Aespa is a small group so absence on a single member is much more noticeable than say Seventeen who had two members not attending this year, so as much as it did help the performance, I hope Giselle could heal well and rest well for it
Probably she had really swollen eyes because of the reaction and, instead of compromising her eyes with make up they just throw in some cool glasses. I think that's a very thoughtfull idea instead of harming her more. Good choice.
