However in this day and age of LAWYERS I am sure their terms of service say they are not liable for their FLAWED product causing the implosion of many companies, medical service being denied to patients, etc. Or maybe, just maybe, some Judge out there will rule that the contract was NULL AND VOID since CloudStrike is a threat to the world economy and there malware is in fact DOMESTIC TERRORISM on a global scale.
Poor communication! I did not know my flight was cancelled until two hours before going to the airport. I had already paid online for my bags earlier that day. We decided to go to the airport to speak to a Delta rep. only to find utter chaos people whose flights were cancelled were standing on lines with people whose flights were still scheduled to go. It was absolutely a mess! I finally booked with another airline because Delta is only digging a deeper ditch with so many cancellations!!!
Funny how movies and TV shows depict global tech outages as being world-ending apocalyptic events, but in reality we get this. And I didn't even know it happened until now 😂

At this point, every single passenger who has suffered under DELTA's incompetence in this situation needs to dispute all DELTA charges on their card or report the charge as fraudulent. I would not trust DELTA to reimburse them for anything, let alone refund the travel charges. This is unacceptable. I don't live in the States, but if I ever return and have to fly domestically, I will never book with DELTA.
Is United still having issues? I’m traveling back home from CVG this Friday but if they are still having issues I would rather drive, anyone knows what’s up at CVG with United?

they shipped my bag on the plane without me in it and even after I notified Delta not to ship it to my final destination. Now it's on its way back
