@@jaysikora Hello. I don't understand. When the model is made for paper and you make it in reality out of iron does it make you a problem when you weld the sculpture ? Are you getting big gaps between the sheets ?
how to you import the design into mesh lab? After downloading from free 3d i cannot find the file when searching for it. Does the file need to be altered at all for it to be able to be imported?

Yes you do get an accumulating error by the end of it which is normally a gap of 2-6mm on 1 or 2mm but overall it works well.

Try downloading in either .STL or .OBJ format
