Yeah I thought that was weird but the other directions are some shortcuts and even then it’s fast as hell so it doesn’t feel bad trying to go to a certain style.
@@MadDogSoloYea, ur right. If it had the same style switch animation speed from Judge-Eyes then it wouldn’t necessarily be a problem but it would slow down the game.
Honestly if it had JE style switch speed it would’ve been godawful, imagine trying to go from Tiger to Crane and having to cycle through Snake and Boxer with the slow speed every time.
@@DillionT Yeah, even though gaiden only has 2 I thought it would be kinda bad if it had JE speed, but final game is still slower than LJ but it’s still fast enough to where it doesn’t break the flow of combat and can still change mid combo.
@@MadDogSolo The JE speed in Gaiden is alr for what it is although I would’ve preferred if they just kept it the same as LJ so you could style switch combo more effectively like Kaito Files.
